We were very disappointed in the property. The double room was very small, only just enough room in the bed for two even though my husbands feet were out at the bottom of the bed and the shower was only big enough for a child. We had paid in advance for 3 days but left after only one night. When we checked out I was looking for some rebate.I asked the manager if ******* had paid them for our room with breakfast he said yes they had recieved our money so I was looking for some refund as we couldnt stay there any longer it was so bad especially as there was on!y 90 mins parking that is if you could find any. The manager said we shou!d look to Expedis for any refund even though they has recieved the payment. We left very dissappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Fantastic traditional seaside hotel
What a lovely welcome from reception on arrival to this traditional seaside hotel! Clean, comfortable room with good beds, hot shower and fluffy towels, plenty of coffee and tea in the room. Good choice of hot and cold items at buffet breakfast. Small bar, with a singer in the evening who was pretty good. Right near pier and shops. We loved it!

迷人的维多利亚式海滨酒店，距离海滨和购物街仅几步之遥。房间大小适中，床也很舒适。早餐是自助式的，冷热菜品种类丰富，品质都很好。唯一的小问题是浴室里没有地方放洗漱用品，不过浴室看起来像是新装修的，可能还没来得及装架子。以后我们肯定还会再来。
舒适惬意的一晚住宿
早餐包括谷物和全套英式自助早餐，食物烹饪精良且热气腾腾。我们的房间在三楼，靠近电梯，一尘不染。浴室虽小，但配备淋浴（没有浴缸），对我们来说足够用了。员工彬彬有礼，乐于助人。酒店位置优越，靠近商店、酒吧、餐厅和海滨长廊。我们没有去酒店酒吧，所以无法评价。火车站离我们只有十分钟的步行路程（我们都七十多岁了）。下次肯定还会选择这家酒店。
房间很干净，但装修需要更新。房间很小，电视也很小。墙纸都脱落了，墙上还有洞。床很小，更适合孩子。不适合残疾人士入住，因为房子只有台阶，需要安装坡道。
工作人员非常友好。这是一家非常古老的酒店，我觉得它让我回到了几年前这个地方的样子。早餐包含在房费内，但所有东西都是油炸的，早餐后整个酒店都弥漫着浓重的油炸食品味。我想这是我唯一的观察！对于那些不太吃油炸食品的人来说，如果能提供更为广泛的选择就更好了。总体来说很好
