This "mobility" suite is 315 square feet with a nice layout. Just beyond the entry door is an open counter with two shelves holding the coffeemaker, small fridge, microwave and glasses. Being a mobility room, there are plenty of handhold bars in the bathroom. The two main rooms are divided by a desk and chair. Overhead lights, desk lighting, and bedside table lighting is all excellent. I had a wonderful early morning swim in a pool that was just the right temperature. Pool hours are convenient for all travelers, from 5 am to midnight. There is a restaurant off the lobby where we had a breakfast cooked to order. Staff was helpful and friendly. We loved having the opportunity to stay at this excellent and reasonably-priced hotel just west of Cleveland.

3rd time staying and each time is 100% the reason I keep coming back. Clean rooms , easy check in, very quiet.

There was no maid service provided in the 3 nights we stayed, which meant no coffee pods or cups replaced, no trash removal, no clean towels. Also, one of the 2 elevators was out of service all 3 days making waits longer than normal to get to and from room.

Our key is not working. There was no other available room and we have to wait until it gets fixed. Still waiting as I’m writing this review.

The overall stay was good but when we went to take our showers the body wash ran out before we all had a shower and shampoo ran out fortunately we had brought some with us in case so when i checked out this morning i let the front desk know and also i was disappointed that with the price of the room that breakfast was not included

Professional, friendly service. Location was right in the heart of shopping, restaurants and right off the turnpike. Felt safe and secure. Our room was very clean with numerous amenities. Will look for another Wyndham Hotel in our travels. The price was right. Great value!
