I do not normally leave negative reviews, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I waited for twenty minutes to be able to check in, not because they were busy, but because there was no one to be found. If i hadn't had a reservation and paid for the stay, I would have left. she appeared to be very high when she did show up. the hallway floors were disgusting, had not been vacuumed in a long time. the room was dirty, so much dirt, dust and debris behind the TV, the mirror was so milky and dirty, she sheets felt like outdoor furniture material. I had hiked 10 miles that day and wanted to soak, there was no drain plug. I called and requested one, she stated she would bring one, 30 min. passed, still nothing. I went downstairs, she told me she could not find one. we laid down for bed, and the tv did not work. from the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, it was a total negative experience.

I booked my stay on the Internet and it said you have a pool and a bar. Well, the pool is closed and there is no bar. There is nothing in the vending machines. The soda machine was out of order. I thought maybe I could get a compensation back for my stay that the girl at the front desk says it’s not her responsibility to do that but he was very nice.

Horrible
It was absolutely horrible. Staff walking around with no shoes, beds broke down, internet broke dow ln, bathrooms on main floor only had 1 sink and 2 toilets working. Hardly any aor conditioning. Lastly staff was very rude!!

Hotel is older and rooms are in disrepair. You wouldn’t know from the outside. Our air conditioner unit was held up with 2 cups. The back of the door looked like they started to paint it and gave up. The elevator was scary with male private parts scratched onto the elevator wall. There was mold on the ceiling. There was a hair guard from hair clippers on the bedroom floor and trash under the bathroom cabinet. With all the above complaints the staff was wonderful. The owner of this hotel owes his employees a better place to work and a huge raise.

Checked in ok. Room ok, bathroom had dirt and dust all around the floorboard. Felt kind of dirty. The continental breakfast, it is open Six to nine am, we went down about 8:15, the food had all been taken away. Along with other guest, we tried to find someone to help us. The checkout desk was empty, three other people were waiting as well. I went around calling , no answer, we all just tossed our room keys on the counter and left. It is checkout time, someone should have been there. Four parties left with us. I will never check in there again.

First the outside looks great. However, once you walk in it's another story. The hotel needs a lot of work. Needs new paint job and some construction help. The breakfast was a joke. Only had sausage and pre-made pancakes. The silverware was questionable. I had to eat breakfast with my fingers. The major issue I had was room key was deactivated and there was no hotel attendant on duty. I had already stayed one night and was prepared to complete my stay. When i found the manager, on my floor I told her that my key was deactivated. She said that's been happening all day. Only choice was to check out early or stay. I told her I will check out. So, I got my stuff out and checked out. I stayed at this hotel because my current apartment was being fixed. Luckily, it was fixed. So, I did not have to get another hotrl home

Place was a train wreck. Under staffed. Broken equipment. Terrible breakfast. Room hadn’t been decently cleaned in awhile judging by the cobwebs on the window. Dirty shower. Ratty furniture. Pealing paint. Ripped up rug. Broken hot tub. Never again.
