Stay was horrible didnt sleep heater was load when it kicked on. When i checked out the lady at the front desk would not help and was very rude. My room didnt have a lock on it. When i asked the front lady for a new towel and shampoo i was told no. The worat hotel ever will never atay again.

Facility was not very clean, smells like a nursing home, rooms needed upgraded. Toilet bowl was cracked and leaking on the floor. Shower curtain was dirty and looked like mold on the bottom of it. The clerk the checked me in was too busy calling for replacement to hurry up and get out to the front desk. The continental breakfast only had 2 1/2 loaves of bread about six rotten strawberries and a few unripe bananas. Only four waters in the fridge two individual boxes of cereal with no milk at 7 o’clock in the morning.

I booked a king deluxe room, and was put in another room — not a king and not deluxe. The advertisement said free continental breakfast — they had none. Then they put a sticker on my vehicle window saying I was not allowed to park in their parking lot and threatened to tow it, despite parking being a part of the room charge.

Property shows some age, but was updated in areas. It was clean. The attached restaurant was convenient. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

It was not to bad but all the pop machines and ice machines were not working. The third floor has a musty smell plus some cigarettes or some kind of smoke smell in the hallway. I understand that some of it is under new management and understand it is under renovation. It was nice that there was a restaurant right there. Not sure if I would stay there again but I might once it is all done. The pool area needed towels, my kids enjoyed the pool and it's nice that you have a laundry room. It said there was a continual breakfast but there was hardly anything there.
