The room had a slight smell, the bathroom & tub needs updating. The sink stopped up during our stay. A few of the wall outlets were missing covers. The 2nd floor hallway felt as if it had "dips" in it as we walked to our room. The room keys were not printed/keyed properly & you have to insert them different to access the room. We alerted the front desk & were told maintenance would take care of it...never did. We initally asked for another room & they attempted to switch us from a suite to a one bed room (for 3 people) at the same price. We declined due to an inadequate accomodations. The breakfast can be described as continental; but food area was not clean & the limited items were picked over. We expressed our concerns to the front desk clerk but she claimed that the building is just "old" & there was nothing she could do.....while on the phone on speaker with her mother talking about customers getting on her nerves while a 10-12 year old child stood behind the computer watching as she was inputting personal information. I would never stay there again. If i could have gotten my money back, I would've had no problem staying elsewhere.

Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable . Bath towels were supple. Furnishings were fine but bathroom needs a coat of paint, several chips evident and faucet and other metal parts needed a good scrubbing or replacement bc rusting evident. Would give them another try tho!

Decent room. Staff wasn’t the friendliest and house keeping knocked on my door at 9am first and again at 11am. 11am was check out but I couldn’t get to the door fast enough to walk out before she had knocked 3 times.

The room appeared dirty and was extremely old. The door buckled, the bathroom counter was stained as well as the bathroom walls and bed sheets. I slept in clothes because I was so uncomfortable. Hallways have little lighting and the same with the parking lot. Pictures appear fine but the property is very different.

Walla in room are dirty. They put a $50 security deposit on my CC. Never returned it. When I tried calling to ask why, no one ever answered the phone. Breakfast was a joke. Customer Service was poor. Spend your money elsewhere

This hotel was really good for the price. Right next to the concert venue. The only reason I am doing 4 stars because the walls are very thin. We could hear our neighbors TV, and could hear every single word from their convos.
