Amazing staff and friendly. While parking the car was stuck from the snow and the staff help out immediately. Grateful are saints.

The front doors of building was broke, doors wide open. It melted musty, not fresh. The carpets were dirty and needed vacuumed especially the elevator. It definitely needed some deep cleaning and freshening up

Really nice front desk lady made a great impression. It is a bit old and could use upgrades but for the price, it was clean and safe and I was fine. I specifically remember the front desk gal being really sweet so she should be commended by Management.

Everything is fine, halls appear a bit dirty and dated. Room was great, clean Not a fan of the small square pillows on the bed, would definitely bring my own had I known.

It starts with the nicely landscaped grounds and continues into the rather elegant lobby, the friendly clerks got me the ground floor room I requested at a great rate. This place has all the amenities, indoor pool, sauna, and a great continental breakfast. I came for four days and stayed for 8. Posh!!
很棒的套房。提前打电话要求在房间里放婴儿床。结果不得不自己搬上去，结果发现我们到达之前房间里没有开空调，当时气温高达90华氏度（约32摄氏度），所以睡觉时要降温到能睡着的温度真是让人沮丧。房间本身其他方面都很棒。
接待处的服务非常令人失望，非常不专业。房间不错，但对于这家酒店来说，这也差不多了。
夜班工作人员非常友好。酒店比较老了。退房的时候我告诉前台小姐马桶冲不了水，她说只需要疏通一下就行了。我说不行，你得找个水管工。
