Bad, bad, bad! Room was not what I booked, bed was hard and sofa bed, (yes a sofa bed) didn't even have bedding, had to ask for it. Shower was slime, water didn't drain. Pool was out of order. Don't go here. Did I say it was bad? Don't know about the breakfast, was afraid to try it.

The owners of this hotel clearly don't care and haven't invested anything into improving this property. My husband and I spent all of 30 minutes in our room before we went hunting for a different hotel. There is so much to say, but I am going to focus on only the room. The beds did not have fresh sheets, one of them had hair in it. The room smelled of chemicals, but no way was it from cleaning the room. After about 10 minutes our eyes and throats started to burn, and skin got very itchy. Posting some pics, but apologize that they aren't that great. We were so antsy to get the hell out that I didn't bother to take my time. DO NOT STAY HERE. I have never seen anything like this place before. I'm seriously considering contacting the Quality Inn corporate office to warn them to get their name off this business. When we found a new hotel, my husband mentioned that we were having a bad experience elsewhere, and the clerk said "Let me guess, the Quality Inn". She suggested to fight for our money back. When we went to check out and politely (no need to fight unless necessary) asked for our money back, the owner didn't even ask a single question and reversed our charges.

First, it was hard to find this Hotel, there big sign was not lit up. Took an extra 20 minutes to find it. Second, we asked for a handicap accessible shower, what was in the room was regale shower/ tube with 5 grab bars, a person in a wheelchair would have need help to use. Third, pool and vending machine was out of order. The breakfast for the most part was good except the apple juice was all concentrate, the covers for the cup for coffee to go were to small for the cup and the only tee was herbal, no black tee.

Gross hotel, unfortunately, for such a nice little town. The front lobby area had cheap pool folding chairs set up and cigarette butts littered all around. There was a terrible chemical smell and I couldn't pinpoint what it was. We walked inside, but no one was there to greet us. Instead a paper note said to call a number. We did so.... and waited... and waited.... it rang and rang. So we stood around and waited with two other couples also showing up. While waiting, we looked around and walked the hotel a bit. That is when I noticed that there were mattresses stacked on their side, leaning against open windows, and I realized what the chemical smell was. They were spraying the mattresses with insecticide. Bedbugs! We had already waited so long, but we decided then and there we couldn't stay in that hotel. I called again, to try to talk to a human, but they still weren't answering. We left to find another hotel, but I continued calling this Quality Inn back. A little while later, a man answered. I told him that we couldn't get out of our reservation and that we would be consider a "No show." But then, I told him what I saw, and that I was absolutely adverse to bedbugs, and he agreed that they wouldn't charge me. Unfortunately, this wasn't true. A few days later, the charge for that night showed up on my credit card statement. I've been trying to get them to release it since. But the manager refuses to call me back.

Although the staff were friendly, the room was not very nice: paper binder holding curtains closed, painters tape on half the ceiling, no face plate on the bathroom outlet, no light bulbs in vanity fixture, glass missing in the peep hole… Not staying there again for sure.

Breaks so many codes, lacks even the slightest friendliness, lacks convenience. I asked to check in at 2 vs 3pm he said fine no problem. Got there at 2:35 waited for 15 minutes and he said we couldn’t check in till 3pm (it was 10 minutes to 3pm and don’t say yes on the phone and a cleaning car wasn’t out on either floors). We get up to our room and the bed looked like someone had laid in the bed and there was a huge stain on the comforter and the bed was untucked. There looked like there was a used wash cloth also back on the rack. When I showed him the stain and bed he told me I would have to wait for the room to be cleaned. We had to be at a wedding so I told him any room needs to happen. I went into the room next to the dirty one and walked back into the dirty room and he was spraying a pink chemical on the bed vs redoing the bed. I highly doubt they keep their washing machine and dryers at at least 130 degrees to kill lice. The hallways were a mess, pool was “down”, the showers clearly just get sprayed down and not actually cleaned, etc. The sad thing is we had stayed there two years ago and clearly management or owner has changed.

DON'T STAY HERE! The entire motel smells so bad, rooms were not clean, the curtains were broken, very uncomfortable beds & pillows and the outside looked like the place was deserted with all the weeds growing around. It was definitely not worth the $139/night! Terrible stay!

While the hotel was clean, but there were far too many other issues to overlook to rate this place well. We checked in to find that the key pads do not work. We needed to return to the desk to get a physical key for the door. We were not able to use any of the other exits as they were locked and the key pads were not working, so the front door it was. We booked this hotel for the pool for the kids to find out that the pool has been closed since covid 2020. The hours of operation were written next to the door on paper. Nothing indicated it was closed other than the pad lock on the door, but yet the neon sign outside advertises an indoor pool. Peeking in the window, we could see the scum on the top of the pool. We tried to turn the very nice television on, only to find that there was no signal no matter which input was used. The curtains were disarray and there was no inner curtain. Finally, the shower had duct tape in it, possibly where a handicap handle could have been. The bathroom light above the mirror did not work. There was plenty of light to use the facilities, but using the mirror to get ready was shadowy and challenging. I would not recommend this hotel. There was much to be desired.

I booked a room for three nights from July 31st to August 3rd back in April. A family emergency came up and we could only stay two nights. Before I checked in on the 31st I talked to the desk clerk about this and asked if there would be any problem if I checked out a day earlier he assured me there was no problem he would take care of it. He had me sign that paper and it showed 3 days I questioned about that and he said that if we do leave a day earlier he will back that off there no problems he will take care of it. Wednesday morning came around checked out at 7:00 in the morning was told there was nothing they can do I booked 3 days I'm paying for 3 days I consider this being ripped off by choice hotels if this is the way they're being run now maybe it's time I start staying somewhere else
