As a dad, I stayed here for Clemson parents weekend. I paid $300 for two nights, and you get what you pay for. The hotel is old but the owner has put in effort to paint each room, update the bathroom some, new mattresses, new TV and laminate flooring. Yes, I found a few bugs in my room but NO bed bugs. The hotel faces a busy road and the doors to the rooms face this road and are old so they let in a lot of light and noise. It is convenient to Clemson, there are a lot of restaurants around and it's right off the highway. Not sure I would stay here again, I know my wife wouldn't stay here.

Pleasantly surprised
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel room. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was very friendly and welcoming. Overall a very nice and would recommend to friends and family. We will be back.

This motel is a good vale and had extra helpful, friendly staff.
However, the exterior was filthy. And the rooms look like they were upgraded about 5 years ago, but zero maintenance has been done since then.
They should pressure wash the exterior and pick up the trash on the parking lot. These are easy, inexpensive fixes that would make a world of difference.

It was alright, but the front desk manager barely let us check in even though my name was on the reservation and matched my id and card.

The key wouldn’t open the door. They came and let us in with master key…never got another key and also no late checkout at all not even for a price. But all in all great for the price
