Black mold on the ceiling and tiles in the bathroom. Non-working toilet. At least the staff was able to move us to a different room, but there shouldn't have been a room in that condition in the first place

Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast. Quiet and comfortable. I got a lot of work done. Only complaint was that one of the lamps in the room did not work. Other than that great stay!

Stay was horrible service was horrible reservation was all a mess as well. I want my stay refunded as I will not come back

Key card didn't work and staff didn't check to verify that it worked after having to let me into the room initially, so it happened again late at night when I came back and had to wait forever to get into my room again.

Wanted to find a place we could keep coming back to as our daughter will be living in the area. The guy that checked me in unbelievable rude!! We were trying to find the place, sign not lit, on a side road. Wifi was not working. He seen me walk in, running copies off I waited thinking he was doing our paperwork, 2 min later I said hi and holy buckets got the 3rd degree. I wanted to leave but it was late, long drive, had a trailer no room for them at this place. I will not be doing my business here again.

Bathroom door needed repair. Door sticks, doesn't close properly. Area around knob damaged.
Room was clean, comfortable.

I mistakenly reserved for Sunday rather than Saturday… and the desk clerk was was totally uncooperative… told me because I reserved with 3rd party they would do nothing… he then left the registration desk and office … leaving me standing there… I moved on!!!
