Wanted to find a place we could keep coming back to as our daughter will be living in the area. The guy that checked me in unbelievable rude!! We were trying to find the place, sign not lit, on a side road. Wifi was not working. He seen me walk in, running copies off I waited thinking he was doing our paperwork, 2 min later I said hi and holy buckets got the 3rd degree. I wanted to leave but it was late, long drive, had a trailer no room for them at this place. I will not be doing my business here again.

I mistakenly reserved for Sunday rather than Saturday… and the desk clerk was was totally uncooperative… told me because I reserved with 3rd party they would do nothing… he then left the registration desk and office … leaving me standing there… I moved on!!!

Nice staff, not-so-nice room.

The room had a really bad smell to it. That was very bothersome to me. I’m assuming it was a smoking room in the past and they tried to cover up the odor, but they didn’t do a good enough job. The shower faucet did not turn on very easily either.

No stay hotel

The room was humid and hard to sleep in even with the air on, the tv cables were loose and kept messing up even when tightened, there was an odd bag hanging on the wall with gross water in it..like a dehumidifer bag. The service manager was unfriendly and kept telling us not to touch anything. He wouldn't provide a checkout receipt. Continental breakfast was very limited.
