No zipped mattress covers for protection. I asked the front desk and they said none of their rooms have them. I called Choice Hotels, was told they should have them!

酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback. This not a Brand Standard for Choice Hotels. Although we can understand a guest frustration to what they think should be done. It is not Brand Standard for Choice Comfort Inn to have a covering over mattress. Only a mattress pad which was in place and any Agent that is taking guest complaints should know the Brand Standard of what is required and not what a guest thinks should be in place. We are in compliance to Choice Brand Standards and not a personal standpoint of what should be done of personal views. When you ask the Agents at check in was there a covering. That Agent explained to you that a mattress pad and not a covering over the mattress. At that point you could have decided not to check in, but you proceeded to check in when you knew then to make a complaint on what you knew not to be there. We would have cancelled your reservation at no charge if this was a major concern for you. We always hear all views of our guests. We apologize to you that we did not meet your standards. However, we are in compliance to the Brand Standard of Choice Hotels.

Our room was dirty. I see the bed had not been vacuumed and you could see crumbs and coins. Light switches had a red color all over it. Our key card would only work when it wanted too. Had to go to the lobby twice to get it fixed. The lady (didn’t get her name) that worked the breakfast was so sweet. The front desks workers weren’t that friendly. We will never stay there again.
