The 100.00 is required for all of the prepaid reservations to cover incidentals and damages to property. You will get it back the morning of your checkout after the room is inspected. Secondly, I am so sorry to hear of your son hitting his head while in our pool area. It was not reported to us during with us but I would like to reach out to you via phone to discuss it further to make sure he is okay. Again, I am sorry you did not enjoy your time with us but I do hope you visit us again.
The facility is in dire need of a remodel. The internet was not working. The room was unclean and had bugs. Will not sray again.

Need up grade on the furniture the bed are hard the lamps are rusty it’s more like a extended stay.

Me and my staff did not stay because there was no elevator for the disabled candidate who is running for US. Senator So we made stay for another hotel .We expect the 220.34 dollars returned back to us immediately

This place was terrible. From start to finish. I tried to leave before my reservation was up and they refused to let me leave. I had to call corporate to make them aware I was trying to leave.

首先，我预订房间后没有收到100美元现金押金的通知，所以我不得不离开，去ATM取钱，然后再回来办理入住手续。房间很脏，有股烟味。泳池很脏，上面漂浮着垃圾和其他东西，水闻起来像脏鱼塘的味道，泳池区没有毛巾可以擦干，泳池周围的瓷砖非常滑，很不安全。我的孩子小心翼翼地从泳池里出来时滑倒了，后脑勺撞到了，他没有跑来跑去，只是顺着台阶走出来。无论如何，我都不会再住这家酒店了。
入住时必须支付100美元现金押金，房间脏乱不堪，污渍斑斑，灯具生锈，空调线路短路起火。工作人员态度极差。泳池脏得令人作呕。不推荐入住。
接待处没有人。我们不得不等待超过 15 分钟。此外，洗衣房坏了，游泳池也有问题，但还好。水是混浊的。
