Not so great
Very basic info provided at check in. Advised them beforehand we were going for my partners birthday, there was nothing provided. Even a card would have been nice.
Room was clean but small and compact.
Evening reception staff very abrupt. Wouldn’t stay again unless better customer service was offered

Disappointed
Building is gradually becoming more run down. Mattress really hard. Wedding party until late very loud, then someone clattering in a van at 7am. Receptionists not overly helpful. When I drop the key off before leaving, not even asked if I had a good stay. One good point was the staff were happy to give me fresh milk in a jug for a cup of tea. It is such a shame as the location was so convenient for us.

遗憾的是，我对这家酒店相当失望。一开始就很糟糕，我们排了15分钟的队才办理入住，到了房间门口，发现房卡不能用了。我们不得不一路跑回前台，结果队伍比办理入住时还要长。我站在桌子旁边，跟前台的一位年轻女士说房卡不能用，她说我必须重新排到队尾再等。我问她能不能趁着现在的客人在填表的时候更新一下房卡，她粗鲁地指出我必须像其他人一样排到队尾。
房间的地毯上有污渍，床头柜上的一盏灯也坏了，总的来说，这间房间跟我对这栋漂亮老建筑的期望很不符。
然后是水疗中心。据说他们刚刚花了100万英镑翻新了整个房间，我看不出来。泳池区很小，没有床可以躺，甚至连挂毛巾或浴袍的地方都没有，所以我们只能把它们放在地板上。外面的热水浴缸很冷，显然一整天都没人检查，而且肯定有很多人在用，因为那里正在举行婚礼。浴缸里的水比建议水位低了大约一英尺，上面有很多泡沫，像是没处理过一样。虽然泳池当天开放到晚上8点，但水疗中心接待处却关闭了饮水机，因为工作人员下午6点就离开了，这让人很恼火。
一晚住宿
酒店很不错，房间本来应该是高级房，但我不会把它归类为高级房，因为房间边缘有点粗糙。我来这里是为了参加婚礼，但组织不太好，工作人员很友好，令人愉快。

喜欢住在布莱克韦尔庄园。他们总是让你感觉宾至如归。庄园融合了传统与现代的风格。庭院也很适合在周围游玩。等桅杆翻新完工后，一定会非常棒。
