The room exceeded my expectations — it was clean, comfortable, and truly excellent value for the price. The bed was cozy, and the space felt well-appointed and welcoming. What really made the stay special was how accommodating the staff were. A heartfelt thank-you to Cindy — she went above and beyond with fantastic, friendly service, and made the whole experience memorable.

Room was perfect! Staff was great! Only issue we went down for breakfast paid. To only be given 10 mins to get food because they were ending soon.
Staff didn’t advise us. Other than that great.

Well after a constant banging coming from who knows where…called the front desk after 2 hours of not hearing back I went downstairs and questioned why I hadn’t gotten an update. Front desk stated they only found out the answer a few minutes before I went down. They did offer to move our room however it was very inconvenient to have to go up to the sixth floor pack everything go down to the lobby get the new key go back up to the fifth floor. I think they could’ve been a lot more accommodating.

Upon checking in, a crib was not in our room despite being requested in advnce. It was never brought to us. The toilet didnt work the whole time. We had to open the tank after each flush and hit the flush value to make the tank fill. Despite informing the front desk, no one ever came to fix it, the entire time! We were also changed for the entire stay depsite having already paid.

非常棒的酒店，员工非常乐于助人且友好。房间比普通酒店的要大。早餐是最好的，每天都有不同的菜品。不足之处是位置，它在一条繁忙的街道上，我能听到街上的噪音和交通噪音。优点是地理位置靠近餐馆和购物中心。
房间干净又大。员工很乐于助人。有机会的话还会再来。
