根本达不到五星级的标准。房间老旧，服务差得一塌糊涂，晚餐等了一个小时才有人上，早餐时还得自己摆桌子……温泉水结冰了，因为婚礼不能用了……凌晨3点前根本睡不着……至于环境，跟照片上完全不符，酒店坐落在工业区里。
传统的酒店，维护良好，但不现代。房间宽敞舒适。它拥有一个室内游泳池和一个室外游泳池。它有一个设备相当齐全的健身房。早餐非常齐全，尤其是有很好的健康选择。
工作人员非常友好，他们的每个需求都得到了满足。泳池区和房间都很漂亮。斯普利特距离这里只有15分钟车程。我向所有人推荐这家住宿。

2024 年 9 月 29 日星期日，酒店经理在酒店的“会议套房”预订了一个婚礼派对。如果你喜欢现场克罗地亚乐队 - 很好，但我花了很多钱买了一个房间，希望能睡一晚。乐队从 22:30 演奏到 1:30，声音太大，我住在一楼的房间里根本睡不着。尽管我抱怨了两次，但酒店经理没有道歉或发表评论。其他令人恼火的是，照片上看起来很漂亮的水疗中心有很多问题：1. 蒸汽房完全不工作 2. 桑拿房冰冷无比，根本无法使用 3. 淋浴设施的排水管有问题，有污水味。酒保很棒，但似乎是唯一知道发生了什么的人。为了支付我的酒吧账单，我不得不排在其他顾客后面 15 分钟的队，其他员工都需要他的帮助。顺便说一句，饮料价格太高了。从酒店步行五分钟即可买到同样的饮料，价格只有三分之一。
