Rooms are very dirty. Not maintained, bad odour in the room. Staff is not taking care of customers. They are using name of Sayaji Hotel but not inline.

it is 3-star facility, but not up to the mark. Property is not maintained properly, looks very much dull.
Menu option in breakfast in limited and also quality is not good.
room cost is too high, not justified for the kind of facility available.

The rooms were old and dingy. All the appliances and amenities were pretty out dated. The only saving grace was the food and the service. Definitely didn’t get the value for the money I paid.

It was my father-in-law's wedding anniversary and we with large family group of ＞15 members had purchased Sayaji buffet coupons beforehand. We went to Sayaji's flagship hotel Sayaji portico. we were welcomed with a bad surprise that those coupons are not accepted at the place ! we wondered why the hotel reception had confirmed there could be no issues letting us into their prime property when we had called them in before buying those discounted coupons. they just made sorry faces and diverted to one of their another stay-in place Sayaji Enrise. we had no choice. In all this melee, we lost prime luncheon hours and reached Enrise. the kitchen team there were winding up things for the day with their last stay-in guests. Knowing our situation, there were some phone calls to and fro betn their folks. finally they started preparing for our group. It was past 3 pm by then. final experience I wish to credit full marks to Sayaji Enrise being no responsible for the fiasco they took some time but made a wonderful full-course buffet. We left the place with quite an happy ending after this chaotic ordeal. Sayaji Mgmt. must re-work on their partner program offers before selling them and ensure to deliver hassle free ordeal free experience for their guests.

Okok considering the Sayaji hotel at the Wakad highway. but other than that this Enrise property is good for the money they charge.

Good and comfortable at enrise by saya ji. Location is really good and very near to one of the biggest mall of Pune.

Lift condition: the dirty spit marks in the lift are clearly an issue. It might be worth bringing this up with whoever is responsible for maintaining the lift, requesting a cleaning or regular upkeep to prevent such marks from accumulating. Room cleaning if the cleaning hasn't been thorough, complete room need do dusting
