You claimed to ******* that you waited one and half hour to getting checked in. Our checking in time is 3 pm. our gardener happened to be at the property when you and another guest came over .The truth was he called me and I gave you the entry code immediately within 1 minutes successfully checking in. You are right that we should have offered you the code in advance to improve the efficiency and professional 2. You claimed to ******* that you didn’t stay at the same room you stayed. Actually you stayed the same newly remodeled room with new bed and new soft plush on mattress. 3. You claimed to ******* that you washed blanket and wanted to get cleaning fee refunded. Here you said they are very clean. 4. You claimed to ******* the owner didn’t listen to your complaint during your stay. Actually you never contacted me except notifying me when checking out at 10:40 am . You didn’t mention anything during your call. 5. You claimed to ******* that the knives, glass and plates were not clean during your stay. My response is another guest checking in at same time with you sharing the same kitchen . You have your own room and private bathroom while kitchen and laundry are shared. 6. Perhaps you misunderstood that We offer the guests some free gift but not pastries. 7. That’s true that the gym equipments are basic as we have limited covered backyard for raining days . 酒店回复: Thank you for your comment. There is language barrier and misunderstanding for sure. There are 2 street parkings along our property. There are 5 driveway parkings . You wanted to park across the street which is neighbor property. I told you better not . Instead you could park along the property or the driveway. We occasionally came for this property while we are 90% away as we mainly live in US. That’s the idea we initially began to share with our most vacant property with everyone. You just happened to meet us unfortunately during this time. You took and eaten many of our food and drinks at the kitchen as well .We did not say anything. For a small dirt at the toliet, you came to us at midnight after we took rest. It’s a guest just checked in. Perhaps she was in a rush going to that toliet even she has her own in suite washroom as no time to reach there. Sam instantly cleaned the toilet and told you going to bed as too late now while you keep complaining.

酒店回复: Thank you for your valuable comments. I believe you have booked queen size bedroom upstairs.We have given you clear instructions by message for the codes to check in in the morning to noon. So you could have the codes to check in by 3 PM. IT’s newly renovated house. The 2nd floor you stayed specifically have all the new stainless appliances: cooking oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, hood, toaster. Wondering if the curtains gave you the feeling of darkness. You could switch on the light which should be bright enough as we fully printed both inside every corner and outside as well. We installed a bedside reading light . You could also move the light to the desk to use. Next time if possible you might try king sizes room at downstairs. Thank you for your stay.
房间预订不能退,无语了,我航班延误不来想休息几个小时,可是要当天3点多才能入住,时间来不及,所以还不给退钱。
这个酒店不能推无语了1千多钱就不能退
地点好,宁静舒适,整个旅居整洁,共用空间多,花园优美,设有室内及室外用餐点。外出方便,大概步行5分钟便到车站,不太远。附近还有一座观音寺。
这已经是我第二次入住[宁静之家 ] 今次换了房间一样干净,一样宁静,外面也有停车位给予停车也是免费的。这位置很好,自己租车,离开列治文市中心都是十分钟车程。
下次再来温哥华一定会再选择[宁静之家]。

我发现一些宣传的特色服务要么不存在,要么执行不力。例如,承诺的糕点没有提供,清洁标准也大打折扣。我拍了一些带时间戳的照片,照片显示我们入住之初厨房橱柜里的盘子很脏,清洁用品不足,健身器材质量也很差。我很快就会在社交媒体上发布这些照片。

误导性的帖子!
帖子里说你可以独享整栋房子,但事实并非如此。房子是房东和其他房客共享的。我预订了一周的房间,想和妻子一起过结婚纪念日,结果Nina和另外两位男士接待了我们,他们以为只是带我们参观房子。我注意到房子是共享的,所以不想小题大做,觉得这应该很常见。第二天我租了一辆车,他们要求我只能把车停在房子前面或车道上,其他地方都不行,即使我建议可以把车停在街尾,因为房子前面没有停车位,但Nina说不行。后来,我爸也被要求不要把车停在车道上,因为车道挡住了他们的车。直到第三天,我和妻子外出了一整天,傍晚才回到住处,发现马桶里有一些污渍。我告诉妮娜,那不是我们俩的问题,但那位先生和妮娜对此很不高兴。我被那位先生骂得怪怪的,还催我去睡觉,但我却决定当晚就和妻子一起离开。由于已经过了午夜,我们不得不另寻住处,并打算在那周剩下的时间里继续住下去。我们通过*******预订了房间,在了解了情况后,我们获得了退款。

女房东不在,直到我们转机前往温哥华才收到如何入住的指示。我们的手机没有数据,无法阅读她发给我们的入住短信。幸运的是,我们通过她提供的电话号码联系上了她。
我们花了很多时间在网站上查看空房情况,并确定我们预订的是新装修区域的房间。到达后,我们发现我们被安排到了老旧、昏暗、陈旧的区域。厨房台面、炉灶以及台面上的所有东西都感觉油腻腻的,需要请清洁先生来打扫一下。
房间很小,阅读灯也坏了。
很感激女房东不在,因为另一位非常友善的年轻租客大部分时间都不在家,这给了我们一个相对私密的住处。
不会再选择住在这里了(至少不会再选择住在楼上的老旧区域)。
