Breakfast was great. Pool was relaxing and the spa had actual jets. Lots of shops and restaraunts close by.

Front deak lady Bev was rude and unhelpful. To the point managment asked ******* to refund our stay. Still trying to figure out if oir refund came through. Never going back.

The resort is older but in good condition. Our room was updated, clean and quiet. Pet friendly resort. The continental breakfast is average. Tanya the front desk clerk, is amazing. The aC in our 1st room wasnt working so she quickly moved us to another. She checked the new room to ensure the AC was cold and that the room was to our liking They have an onsite restaurant.

The staff was rude and check in was horrendous. I had pre checked into my room and when I got there its as if I had done nothing ahead of time. The AC stopped working and when I went to the front desk they dismissed me. I was calm and polite. Minutes later another guest came down yelling and screaming and got a room change. This was frustrating as I had been waiting. The rooms were small, the bath tub grimmy and paper thin walls. Breakfast was gross and microwave was not working. Pool was disgustubg

Be aware, the train is constantly going by. Not just a couple of times.
The hotel is older but unique inside.
The bed was comfortable.
No screen was in the window, but it did open and there was a fan in the room.

I originally gave this hotel 3 stars, but it really only deserves 2. While the bed was comfortable enough, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. The hotel is extremely outdated and shabby — everything from the carpet to the furniture looked like it hadn’t been refreshed in decades.
The front desk woman seemed irritated both times we interacted with her, which might have been because her friend was hanging out at the counter during both of our visits. It made the whole check-in experience feel awkward and unprofessional.
Overall, the hotel needs a serious facelift and better customer service. I wouldn’t stay here again unless some major improvements are made.

Poor air-conditioning & breakfast.
On May 2nd, we walked into our room & it felt like it was 30°c in there. The building is so old that there was no way to turn the air conditioner on. Fortunately, the front desk clerk was able to move us across the hall where the room was cooler & we were able to sleep. It was the first hotel we've stayed at that had oscillating fans on the desks. Now I know why there were fans on the desk...the air conditioning doesn't work properly 😕 As for the free breakfast, it was not mentioned that it was only a continental breakfast.
