Th room was clean and good. They did offer coffee and tea in the morning. Check inn was easy but the staff had no personality. The next morning on check-out the front desk was empty and no staff was present. Nor did any come to desk when the door bells rang upon entering. I think maybe the staff was working on a vehicle out back

Clean Room - Friendly Staff. The hotel was very well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was also very convenient for exploring the area.

We had booked a non smoking room just for one night as we were passing through and needed to break our drive up. The room had clearly been heavily smoked in and within 15 minutes triggered an asthma attack for my 7 year old. When I went to the desk to discuss, I had to wait, left, and went back and waited again. He just offered to move us but clearly this would still be an issue. The room was also dirty, cords in bad condition on the floor, lights didn’t work, and mini fridge didn’t work. There also appeared to be pee on the edge of the shower and toilet seat. Worst hotel experience we’ve had and packed back up and left within an hour.

Abundance of parking space is the only good thing about this hotel. In fact, this is not even a hotel, it was a filthy motel. We arrived late, and we’re not even allowed to enter the lobby. Instead, a sleepy clerk checked us in through a tiny window, like they do in some weight night gas stations. The moment you step into a room, offensive order knocks you out. In the bathroom, the smell of sewer is so strong that taking a shower was out of question. I would never recommend anyone ever to stay at the Red Roof Inn.
