Clean and comfortable
The staff was friendly, helpful and the place was immaculate. The only problem was the distance from family was not accurate when finding the hotel to stay at. The app said it was only 5-6 miles away and it was actually 30 minutes. We could have stayed closer so that was disappointing.

Unlike previous Holiday Inn Express locations, the desk staff were always present. The location is not really close to any of the places we wanted to visit . The room was very nice. The walls and ceiling were not sound proof.

There appears to be no soundproofing between the walls. The people next to us were very loud at night and early in the morning so we were unable to sleep much. I would not return to this hotel for this reason.

Was not very welcoming, there were signs everywhere telling you what not to do which is never comfortable. Makes you feel like a child being scorned. Hotel is clean and fine, just not very welcoming and hospitality was at the minimum.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The hotel was very clean, the front desk staff was extremely friendly, and the towels and bedding were perfectly clean every day. It was a very nice stay and hotel overall.
