If you value humane treatment, think twice before booking here.I cancelled a 3-night booking due to health reasons. The hotel told me to call *******, who tried but said the hotel refused any refund. I was charged for all 3 nights. Cold service, zero empathy. Be careful before booking.
This is not only about policies — it’s about people. If you’ve ever been sick and had to cancel a trip, you know how stressful it is. A little empathy would have made all the difference.

Be prepared to not get a good night's rest. There are train tracks across the road, and trains go by frequently blowing their horn throughout the night. Cleanliness seemed okay until one of my items got stuck on the bathroom counter, despite the sign that said they pay special attention to high touch areas. Breakfast was very basic. There were no eggs, meat or anything that required preparation by staff.

Misleading to be called "Quality" Inn
2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths for 3 adults, none to be found and stained! Bath towels were bath mats! Price gouging at its best. Typical Fri/Sat $85/night. Music festival in town and was charged $145/night
You could see and hear through the door, right next to a very active train track.
Housekeeping did nothing to our room for the 2nd nught stay.
Room temp was 89° upon entry, air wasnt turned on for arrival. 0 items in the vending machine. Landscaping hadn't been touched in a year. TV and remote were not synced.

Horrible Experience
They say theyvare a smoking hotel and i reserved a smoking room. At check-in i was told tjey are non smoking and would get a 250 dollar fine if i did. There was an ash tray in the room. AC didnt turn on and was told to give it a minute. It finally did but didnt cool the room. The room wasnt very clean. I was also informed when asking for my money back, it was non refundable.

Nice but noisy
The proximity of hotel to train tracks (not just tracks but a crossing, requiring train horn signaling) is problematic. More insulation in rooms/windows could help. Or please warn potential customers to bring ear plugs.
