Friendly staff and large breakfast (for being advertised as continental). It’s a combo of rooms with some being inside the building and others being more traditional motel style with your room opening straight outside. Our room was outside. I did not like that and was not what I expected. Room was rather old with things like the closet door barely hanging and heater running the entire time.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast spread was great. The swimming pool and hot tub was conveniently in the center of the hotel. The staff was very courteous.

环境：非常安静，感觉很好，酒店出门向西300米有沃尔玛，cortez的税7.35%，还算不错
服务：服务态度很棒，服务员都非常nice，早餐也不错
优点：房间很宽敞，有庭院泳池，早餐也包含在内。
缺点：我们的房间窗户朝向走廊，所以一直都得拉着窗帘，而且泳池那边有点吵。

房间超级干净宽敞。床很舒服，孩子们也很喜欢泳池和热水浴缸。酒店某些朝向的房间能看到绝美的山景。早餐区也很大。前台员工都非常友善和乐于助人。

洗漱用品放错地方了，有 3 种洗发水，没有护发素，也没有保湿霜。我们住的时间长了，好像没有家政服务。
出发当天早上，停车场一直有警车等候。
