Room spacious, beautiful. Everything clean and quality. Good temperature control in room. Attractive grounds with pool and hammocks. Excellent on site restaurant. Would return in future.

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Pool very nice. Spacious rooms. Really nice welcome with cold towels and hibiscus agua fresca as we checked in.
Showers were poor, took a long time to heat up to barely lukewarm with terrible water pressure. 7am complimentary coffee not available as advertised.
Adults only but children are allowed in the restaurant which is in the central courtyard so you can definitely hear them all around the hotel when they are there.
Hosts could be a little overbearing. Insisted on speaking English despite my initiating conversation in Spanish. I'm not English, we're in Mexico, that's not a plus for me.
For this price, I would probably investigate other options if I went back.

We loved the Casa Natalia!!!!! The absolute ONLY thing needed was a coffee pot in the room!! The owner was so gracious as was all of the staff! Beautiful surroundings and areas to sit and relax! Private balcony! Restaurant and Bar service was excellent! Friendly and accommodating!

Loved the central location. The staff made us feel like family. Always friendly and eager to help. Great to have an in house restaurant when we didn't want to leave and go out. You must try the chooxlate chicken!

2nd time we have stayed there. We really enjoyed our first stay. This time, mixed feelings.
Pros:
Best location in San Jose. Right on the square. Close to EVERYTHING!

Didn’t care for the room. Upstairs . ( downstairs are much better). Weird painted face on the wall. Their take on making it an art pierce failed. Makes you feel like someone is watching you. Display case on the outside of the room depicted “ small various statues of devils”. Strange taste in art. One small bottle of water in the room. They said just to “fill up the bottle at the bar downstairs when needed. ( when 92 degrees it’s a lot of trips). We stayed 2 nights and they never replaced the water. Complementary margaritas when checking in, along with a refreshing iced non alcoholic drink. Good call. Very welcoming staff.
Gave it 3 stars this time because of those things afore mentioned. Things I believe important but may not be to others. Most likely would stay there again ( with a room downstairs). The location alone is worth it.

我们抵达当天就停电了，虽然不是酒店的错，但他们的处理方式实在糟糕。房间里太热，而且没有自来水，我们只能在泳池边待了五个多小时。我们只用了一天就办理了入住，当时酒店里也没有其他客人，所以真不明白为什么没人过来通知我们情况，或者给我们送点冰水，我们当时都快热死了。另外，如果您行动不便，这家酒店也不太适合您。我母亲行动不便，而酒店里到处都是楼梯，从房间到泳池再到前台，到处都是！后来，我嫂子被锁在了房间外面，他们打不开门，她只好自己从窗户跳出去开门，因为酒店说他们找不到锁匠。我们反映情况后，经理提出给我们安排另一家酒店的单人间，让我们住一晚，等问题解决。我们原本预订的是两间房，我指出这一点后，她才同意给我们两间。最后我们还是去了另一家酒店，因为我们不想让旅行更加紧张。当然，有些事情是酒店无法控制的，比如停电，但是你如何处理这些问题或客户的担忧会产生巨大的影响。
入住这家酒店简直是一场灾难。千万别订这家酒店！除非你想从窗户跳进去，停电时只能待在外面，无处可去。所以，如果你想体验这些，那就订这家酒店吧。
