The bathroom grout and tub sealant were old and disgusting. Coffee stains on the wall of the bathroom. The room was old and outdated. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. Gross scambled eggs and sausage and stale bananas, mushy oranges. The lobby smelled stale and musty. Key card never worked. Had to get new ones literally every time we came back to the room. Staff although were helpful and courteous. Would not ever come back.

The stay was fine but the elevator did not work in the morning at 6:45. I was on the fourth floor. Glad I’m healthy.
I walked down the stairs with my belongings to breakfast. One of the staff members unlocked the staff bathroom so I could brush my teeth before I left and instead of trekking up four flights. Apparently, the elevator needed to be reset.

酒店很便宜，可惜早餐提供的是塑料餐具。
我们在那里住了两晚。虽然第一晚很安静，但第二晚隔壁却有两个******，电视声音大到出电梯就能听到隔壁六扇门外的声音。
我去前台问能不能换房间，他们很慷慨地答应了。
第一间是连通房，房间之间有一扇锁着的门，很遗憾，这导致房间之间噪音很大。我通过*******预订房间时，总是坚持要换一间不相邻的房间。酒店没有义务为像*******这样的第三方预订代理更换房间，但他们还是这么做了。
酒店很棒，员工也很棒！
我们预订了两晚，他们把我伴侣的卡改成了一晚。然后，当他们意识到错误后，未经我的允许就从我的卡里扣款了，或者说，根本没通知我。
在*******酒店前台付的钱比广告上的价格还贵。酒店很老旧，出发时电梯坏了，所以不得不把行李搬下三层楼。前台工作人员漠不关心，不愿提供帮助。
