The building was okay, it had laundry and a workout room and a decent breakfast. The biggest thing about the room was the bold around the bathtub… we stayed in 308 and they need to redo the caulking. It has black mold. They also did not get everything refilled in out room. It was nice enough but nothing to give more than a 3 stars for.
We went around Thanksgiving so it was empty and quiet.

It was clean for the most part but the shower seemed a little dingy. Food was OK just same thing every day. No variety or nothing healthy. Otherwise staff was helpful.I’m

This place is good property wise but excellent in service, responsiveness and friendliness of the staff.
Between the staff and its very convenient location to both the highway system and the airport this place is a real winner.

Parking easy, staff is pleasant. Hotel could use a refresh, feels old and tired. Also no shampoo in room, just conditioner? Weird.

This place was a little cleaner then the other hotel I left. Being it was a last minute booking and i was tired, it did its job. Cleanliness was ok, first room given the door was open and smelled of sewer, went down stairs to get another room and this one was ok, there was a bag over the smoke detector and a spider in the corner, bed was old but i have back problems so i don't sleep well, i called the Front desk and let them know. I am a Dual GM of 2 hotels so I understand issues with rooms, again better than the Ramada i originally booked. Didn’t stay for breakfast so don't know how that was, but overall the hotel did its purpose.

我们抵达时，他们给了我们一个四楼的房间。当我们进入房间时，却非常沮丧地发现房间根本没准备好。垃圾桶里有垃圾，床没铺，地板上还有脏毛巾。
于是我们下楼告诉了经理。他说房间已经准备好了。我给他看了照片，他就上楼去检查了。
他回来后道了歉，然后查了另一个房间，说那个房间准备好了。我们又上去，发现这次确实都弄好了。
大约在晚上11点半到凌晨1点左右，我们这层楼发生了一场非常激烈的争吵。我不得不打电话给前台，他们通过监控看到了那场争吵。情况很糟糕。我们担心事态会恶化，所以报了警。
那晚我们几乎没睡。
