The first room we were given was unlocked and uncleaned with the tv blaring. We were then given a room with only one bed instead of two and pull out couch but the pull out mattress was severally stained (even with blood). The room in general was dirty with hair in the bath room floor and stains on the carpet and curtains. Breakfast was also below average.

Needs improvement
Carpets and stairs haven't been cleaned in awhile. No half and half or splenda for coffee in the morning. Bed was comfortable - but there is no maid service at all for the room. Was there four nights - Bed never made, and only once was there a replacement towel. Lobby looks run down... Will say bed was comfortable... Room adequate.

The toilet seat was broken. The sink wouldn’t drain. The bed had a weird stain on the cover blanket.

The bedding and pillows were far too mushy for my and my wife's liking. As far as Eco-friendly, why would the AC be set to 65 degrees? Seems a bit of a waste. We then had to heat the room up to be comfortable. Other than that, it was OK.

Very nice staff, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was big disappointment. Got down half hour before end and there wasnt much of a choice. One of the waffle makers was full of burnt waffle, looked like nothing had been replenished and no one was anywhere to be seen to ask. Also no decaf coffee was available.

Kindness to a weary traveler meant the world. Great nights sleep. Good breakfast. I’ll stay here again.

Friend was given an occupied room. Amber Torrey the manager promised compensation.. I also found food in my refrigerator and trash under the bathroom vanity

我们抵达时，他们给了我们一个四楼的房间。当我们进入房间时，却非常沮丧地发现房间根本没准备好。垃圾桶里有垃圾，床没铺，地板上还有脏毛巾。
于是我们下楼告诉了经理。他说房间已经准备好了。我给他看了照片，他就上楼去检查了。
他回来后道了歉，然后查了另一个房间，说那个房间准备好了。我们又上去，发现这次确实都弄好了。
大约在晚上11点半到凌晨1点左右，我们这层楼发生了一场非常激烈的争吵。我不得不打电话给前台，他们通过监控看到了那场争吵。情况很糟糕。我们担心事态会恶化，所以报了警。
那晚我们几乎没睡。
