Excellent pillow and comfortable bed, great room size. Staff was always engaging and very helpful in several situations. Thw hotwl is incredibly quiet despite a busy volume of guests.

Very nice, clean property. Hotel staff was very nice. There was a problem connecting with the internet, but that resolved itself. We will stay here again when traveling here.

Clean and quiet, no good food options and again the smoking area is at the front door. Why?

Ratings lie friendly staff rooms dirty & dated
Bathroom was disgusting dirty grout, toilet wasn't clean,shower needs recaulked, used condoms between mattress and wall. Breakfast wasn't that good. Eggs were scrambled egg beaters dry, sausage was okay, had to ask about cereal only one container of corn pops,broken toaster handle. The tattooed girl at the breakfast area was very nice and so was the night desk clerk.

The minute we walked into the lobby it smelled of heavy cigarette smoke but it looked clean. Got to the room and the small sofas were badly stained and worn. And then the fleas crawled up my son's leg. UUGGH! We marched back down to the front desk and checked out. The attendant was very understanding and apologetic and I am waiting on my refund. It was now 7pm and we had just traveled a 9 hour day. Had to scramble to find a hotel at the last minute and of course paid double.

酒店回复: Your feedback is very important to us, and I am saddened to hear that you just happened to randomly have fleas in our room. We are a pet friendly hotel and sometimes we do get fleas in a room. No single hotel is exempt from that. We do pay an Xterminator to treat monthly to try to prevent any insect from the hotel. If we do come across fleas, we have that room treated and OOO right away. We are also 1000% a smoke free facility and our fire alarms are super sensitive so if someone was smoking, the alarm would have sounded immediately. You more than likely entered the building when a guest or guests might have entered that just smoked outside. I will gladly refund your money; however, you booked 3rd party. You used your credit card and prepaid so therefore that booking company sent us a separate credit card to pay for the room. I do not have access to your credit card information. So if you can kindly contact whatever company you used, they will call us, and we can get your room refunded. I am sorry you experienced such a bad experience here at the hotel. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences. Here at Days Inn, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked well, Front desk staff were friendly. Hallway did have a weird/bad smell but room was fine.

We’ve stayed at this Days Inn before the staff is really nice. They have a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are nice and clean.

The sofa ,in our room ,had an off white splash of something on the arm. The sofa had many staines all over it. It looked very dirty and we did not want to sit on it. The white mattress on the side had brown smudges on it. The bathroom for floor was very sticky and my shoes kept sticking to the floor. This may have been from floor cleaning products. Not sure.
