昨天我们刚从这家酒店回来。从四楼的房间可以俯瞰老城区和海景，位置绝佳，而且靠近一个小海滩。酒店服务周到友好，在拥有美丽景色和泳池的空中酒吧，更换毛巾和享用烈酒都非常方便。我们的房间宽敞干净，每天都有人打扫。这里是远离喧嚣、放松身心的好去处。幸运的是，酒店没有儿童游乐设施，所以带孩子的家庭选择非常有限。然而，厨房却令人失望，无论你是早到、上午还是晚到，提供的都是冷的或最多只是温热的菜肴，比如汤、薯条、肉类、披萨、土豆等等。此外，菜肴缺乏调味，鸡肉几乎是主打，这意味着他们似乎使用了廉价食材。我们身处巴尔干半岛，厨房应该供应牛肉、羊肉和鱼类，但鱼类却很少，尽管冷鱼味道还不错。在我们入住期间，几乎每天都有主题之夜，但可惜的是，所有菜肴都冷冰冰的，而且没什么味道，各种“变种”的鸡肉主题菜式层出不穷……☹️ 对于一家四星级酒店的餐厅来说，这实在是一个很大的败笔。就我个人而言，我只喜欢早餐，因为那个时间段我对食物的要求不高，还有午餐或晚餐的甜点蛋糕。我觉得，如果能加点香料，增加一些热菜，再提供一些其他肉类，比如牛肉和羊肉，就足以让大家都满意了。然而，在和其他客人聊天喝酒时，他们大多都在抱怨食物质量差。我很好奇这些菜是餐厅自己做的，还是从其他酒店运过来的，因为所有东西都这么冷实在令人费解。

总的来说，我推荐这家酒店，它最大的优势在于地理位置。酒店靠近内塞巴尔老城区，那里遍布精品店和酒吧，氛围也很不错。酒店比较安静，更适合情侣或朋友团体入住。酒店没有儿童游乐设施。泳池很小，适合泡澡，不适合游泳。酒店旁边有一些小沙滩，但公共沙滩距离酒店约300米，需要付费。两张沙滩椅加一把遮阳伞的价格是24列弗。酒店的食物不错，有主题晚餐（保加利亚菜最好吃），早餐比较单调，但这在全包式酒店中很常见。每个人都能找到自己喜欢的菜肴。缺点是菜品经常是冷的。另一个主要的不足是房间里没有瓶装矿泉水，只有入住时才提供。餐厅里有饮水机，可以灌满小瓶，但不是每个人都喜欢喝饮水机里的水。作为一家四星级酒店，应该提供饮水机续水服务。酒水饮料没问题，而且从屋顶酒吧看到的景色很美。

首先，除了少数几位工作人员外，其他人都非常不友好，让人感觉很不自在。唯一值得称道的是地理位置和一张还算不错的床垫。房间虽然干净，但设施陈旧。而且根本没有客房服务！第一天提供了两瓶水和咖啡粉；接下来的11天，所有东西都得自己去超市买，因为什么都不会补充。食物单调乏味，选择很少，而且种类极其有限。除了收拾餐桌，几乎没有任何服务。在户外露台上，餐具等都需要自己拿。阳光露台甚至连遮阳伞都没有。所以，要么在阳光下暴晒八个小时，要么就得自己买把伞去海滩。但海滩上也没有躺椅或遮阳伞。泳池与其说是游泳池，不如说更像个儿童戏水池。没有泳池酒吧，只有一个果汁机、饮水机、咖啡机和一个啤酒龙头。如果什么东西用完了，你还得自己去找工作人员。什么都不会自动发生。我订的是全包套餐，结果所有事情都得自己操心，包括自己买东西、自己付款——真是无语！我到底付了什么钱？这是我住过的最差的酒店。少花几欧元，我都能在一家三星级酒店享受到更好的服务。管理层跟我说他们会改进一切之前，先看看2018年以后的评论吧！从那以后，情况一点都没变。如果TUI现在搞这种活动，那他们就彻底变成廉价酒店了。对我来说，这家酒店，以及整个TUI集团，都成了我的死敌。价格虚高，服务却差劲！谢了，不去了。

We enjoyed a spectacular 10-day stay at this hotel. Everything was above our expectations from the very beginning. The receptionist that welcomed us helped fulfil all of our requests, including a room that overlook the Old Town of Nessebar, for my 88-year-old mother, who spent a lot of time indoor, so she wanted a good view. We started off our stay finding a complementary champagne, and some chocolates in our room, which we appreciated. The food at the restaurant was the best we’ve had in Bulgaria so far, and we’ve stayed at quite a few hotels over the years. It was really well cooked, the ingredients were fresh and we were fans of the thematic nights (we especially loved the Italian and Oriental night). Some of our favourite courses included the eggplant salad (which we couldn’t resist every single time), the corn flour bread, the pancakes at breakfast, Adana Kebab, the duck with oranges, the pork ribs, and the burrito. Regarding beverages, we can certainly say that the coffee was the best we’ve had thus far in a Bulgarian all-inclusive resort, especially the one at the Marina bar. We also appreciated the champagne, fresh orange juice, Hibiscus tea, and Bellini cocktails. For all guests who stay 5+ days, the hotel offers a complimentary visit at the A la Carte Restaurant, where we enjoyed some really good food, and a wonderful dining experience with a stunning view of the town. The Marina bar was also a highlight for us, both bartenders preparing delicious cocktails and being very nice, welcoming us with a smile on their faces. It was our place to go to for a relaxing night cap. A detail that we loved was the possibility to take away a drink or a coffee back to your room, if you felt too tired after a full of walking, for instance. Regarding the hotel’s position, it is situated within walking distance of both Old Nessebar and New Nessebar, and close to a beautiful sandy beach. To be honest, it’s the best beach we’ve been to in Bulgaria. My birthday happened to be during my stay, so the hotel sent to my room another bottle of champagne, together with a card, and a magnet as gift. I found it to be a nice, thoughtful detail. Cleaning was also top notch at the hotel, the lady in charge with our room doing a splendid job each and every day, changing our towels daily, making our beds, and leaving us bottles of water, some tea bags, and instant coffee. We also have to give a shoutout to the receptionist when we checked out, on morning of the 31st of August, who was very nice to us that day and throughout our stay, helping us with a smile on her face. This was the norm for all hotel staff, but we have to mention in particular Luka from the Marina Bar, and Ilya, the F&B Manager. Overall, this was the perfect stay for us, and we are definitely coming back next year.

Just returned from a week at the Sol Marina Palace Nessabar. The hotel was very clean and we were well looked after. The room was spacious and clean with a really good air conditioning system that kept the room at a lovely temperature. Only one issue with our stay was that we were in room 406 and 4 times during this week we were woken up at 7am by a loud noise above the room that sounded like a jacuzzi starting up but then sloshing water noise like it was being cleaned out, this lasted for 45 minutes and the hotel staff were not sure what this noise could be. Pool area was lovely and peaceful, no rushing or arguing for sun beds. Marina Bar was lovely for drinks during the day, waiters were very friendly. Had a drink or two after tea in there before heading out for a walk then up to Sky Bar which has beautiful views of old town. Old Town is a 10 minute walk away and New Town about 15 minutes, both have bars, restaurants and shops. There is a little beach directly out the back of the hotel with a larger beach about 10 minutes walk away. I would definitely return to this hotel. No issues with bugs, flies, mosquito bites etc. We were however eaten alive at the outdoor area of the airport
