Room is huge. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with every basic thing you need. They have a heated indoor pool, workout room, and a nice lobby. Breakfast is also great for a budget hotel. I would stay there again.

Overall, my stay was average to good.
The breakfast was very good, and the staff running it were courteous and attentive. Housekeeping staff were also polite, and the room was clean and well-equipped for my needs.
That said, there were a few drawbacks. My room had a noticeable smoke odor when I first entered, despite the property’s no-smoking policy—perhaps lingering in the carpet. The ironing board and curtains had some stains, and the in-room coffee setup only included decaf, with disposable trays that didn’t quite fit the machine.
I requested a late checkout and was told 11:30 would be fine, but then received a call at 11 asking if I was leaving. Likely a miscommunication, but the front desk staff member I spoke with about this was less hospitable than the otherwise excellent employees throughout the hotel.
The strongest value for me was the location.

Overall good stay. Clean although older property. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Only bad thing is they have the hardest mattress on earth. I had to go buy a pillow top mattress cover and then only got some sleep

The hotel was in a good location for why we visited Boone. The higher prices because of App State football game was a bit ridiculous.
