The floor was uncarpeted and filthy. The light in the bathroom would only work for 20 minutes. The next morning they said the would fix both, but they didn’t. The drapes fell down. We had to check out after two nights because of the filth.

Got there and they had over booked though we had reservations. They found a room that looked like it was under construction as it had dirtiness on floor that stuck to your feet. It also had a bed a tv and a fridge nothing else. It was late so we just slept and would deal with it in The morning. Breakfast was carbs. They had waffles, bread, bagels, cereal, yogurt and oatmeal. We asked for another room as ours was subpar. The new room had funiture but A/C didn’t work great so it was warm all night. The next day found hair stuck to wall in shower next to an old hairy bar of soap. At this point we just gave up! Will not be staying here again.

The staff was very very friendly. And I understand that there is a transition happening. Our room's bathtub was not cleaned, there was numerous hairs in the tub. The outside windows were full of cobwebs and very dirty. The bed was very comfortable. I would still stay here again because I know the staff is working hard with the upgrades. Good and safe location.

I had a terrible time just trying to reach them to pre-sign in. I wasn't able to get there until 1 am. The room they gave me was completely unclean with the TV on and towels everywhere plus beds still dirty and undone from the previous occupant. Had to go back down to the front desk, track someone down and finally get another room.... what a chaotic mess. Not very welcoming when I was exhausted to begin with and only wanting a nice clean bed to sleep in. Breakfast was minimal cold food and make your own waffles so I went to a fast food place to eat breakfast.

First, the front desk gave us a key for the wrong room. I know it was for the wrong room because my wife tried the one that we guessed the key was for, based on some contradictory statements from the front desk.
Second, the room, including the bedding, was filthy. We pulled back the comforter and discovered dead bugs, dirt, and lots and lots of hair on the sheets. The bathroom was also dirty and had hair everywhere.
Third, the breakfast options consisted of watered-down waffle batter and I don't know what else... There wasn't much, though.
We're also pretty sure that some other guests were cooking meth in their room, but that's just speculation. However, they had A LOT of ingredients in some grocery bags...
We were scheduled to stay three nights, but left after one because the conditions were so terrible. Don't stay here. Drive an extra 30 minutes and spend the extra money to stay anywhere but here.

Checking in I recieved about 3 words from the girl checking us in. Didn’t get a room # or what floor so good thing it was written on the paper. Room smelled awful and it was due to the toilet in the room still having stuff in it. Room was very dated, and shower tub looked dirty still. Checking out no one was at the desk so i dropped the keys and left.. have no fear the employee was at the door smoking so we got to enjoy the smell as we left as it blew our direction.

Really poor cleanliness. Looked at another room to change for the evening and there were piles of dirt, bugs, and mice droppings behind and under everything. Check under every cushion as our couch was disgusting. In looked like it was drug in from the alley. Gross place. Be up on shots before you stay here.
