Worst night that I’ve ever experienced at a hotel! There was a drunk domestic dispute in the hallway by my room where I was literally listening to a man beating a crying woman. I called the front desk for help, but was dismissed. The police were finally called, but not until I went to yell at the people to stop and go to the front desk myself to ask for help. The couple wasn't removed the first time, and continued to fight afterwards until 4am, at which point they were finally removed. I was only given $50 off of my stay for compensation, which in my opinion was unacceptable! As I didn’t sleep, nor did I feel safe while this was all taking place.
Don’t stay here!

Friendly and professional staff. Clean and well maintained. Unfortunately sounded like young people walking up and down hallway regularly close to midnight and doors not very soundproof.

I recently stayed at the Sandman Hotel in Red Deer and was not fully satisfied with my experience. The overall stay felt very average. Cleanliness was an issue—several areas were not as clean as expected, and the toilets were noticeably dirty. It seemed like only some parts of the hotel had been renovated, while others were outdated or poorly maintained.

Room was clearly worn, run down, needs complete refresh. Damaged walls, cabinets, bathroom faucets & counter, etc.
Bed was lumpy, pillows not any better.
Sorry, won't be back.

The room was clean, but what truly made the experience better was the friendly staff. Holly, Dat, and Friz were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service.

I was greeted by Joseph who was fast and efficient in checking me in. He took the time to tell me all the amenities in the hotel. My room was at the end of the hall which was a bit of a walk but I guess someone had to be put in that room. Other than that, it is a great hotel.

The guy at the counter soon checking in Joseph was his name. He took calls on the phone while 3-4 people stood in line to check in. I waited 20 minutes. And his English wasn’t great. Also the coffee pot didn’t work in our room and the pillows were not very comfortable. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

我们搬家期间住在这里,酒店员工超级好!房间很干净,床也很舒服!外面热得要命,空调却很给力,我们特别开心。没用健身房和泳池,但很多人用了,看起来玩得很开心。下次还会再来。
体验和员工都非常棒。房间也还可以,是新装修的房间之一,虽然马桶里有污渍,但客房服务员很快就清理干净了。他们还提供了我们入住期间所需的各种便利设施,让我们住得很愉快。
我们去班夫的途中在这里停留了一晚,虽然照片看起来不错,但到了之后发现这里明显破旧不堪。
办理入住很顺利,前台的戴顿非常友善有礼。
泳池区域昏暗肮脏。大约有25个8、9岁的孩子在里面尖叫、胡闹,而且没有家长看管。
房间很小,床也不舒服,制冰机坏了,大堂里的咖啡像沥青一样难喝,而且我们还发现所有楼层都没有灭火器。
建议多花点钱住别的地方。除了办理入住时的优质服务之外,我对这次入住体验没有任何好感。
