It was very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer as it was just literally an overnight stay before we head home. One thing to comment about is wish they had room service so we could have gotten something to eat as we arrived late. Tried calling reception for Moxies but got disconnected twice so ended up ordering uber eats.

It was very easy to notice that the room was not properly prepared for my stay.
Examples: Dirty towel still on the door, dead bugs in the room (Multiple), toilet paper handle that was broke etc...

We went with our cat and baby for a standard king bed room but they upgraded us to an executive king which was really nice. The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very warm and welcoming. You get 15% discount in Denny’s for the stay here. Overall it was a great experience.

We always like to stay at this hotel while in Red Deer. The hotel is going thru renovations, however still the same great service, above and beyond. The new renovations are very nice.

Very slow check in process, long lines, and only one front desk employee checking people in. Lots of renovation and construction going on was an eye sore. Advertised pool and no pool. Room was supposed to be equiped with safe and no room safe.

For the price it was alright although, my wife and I would not stay there again.
The poor guy, when we checked in, was all by himself trying to do his best to book people in. There was a long lineup and it took us 30min to check in. No support staff to help him.
Finally got settled in the room and the TV didn’t work and we had to move everything to the other room, which the man at the desk not only was checking in, had to come up to the room to help us with the TV. Good on him, they should give him a raise.
The upgraded hotel…. Is not very good from my prospective.

我们搬家期间住在这里,酒店员工超级好!房间很干净,床也很舒服!外面热得要命,空调却很给力,我们特别开心。没用健身房和泳池,但很多人用了,看起来玩得很开心。下次还会再来。
体验和员工都非常棒。房间也还可以,是新装修的房间之一,虽然马桶里有污渍,但客房服务员很快就清理干净了。他们还提供了我们入住期间所需的各种便利设施,让我们住得很愉快。
我们去班夫的途中在这里停留了一晚,虽然照片看起来不错,但到了之后发现这里明显破旧不堪。
办理入住很顺利,前台的戴顿非常友善有礼。
泳池区域昏暗肮脏。大约有25个8、9岁的孩子在里面尖叫、胡闹,而且没有家长看管。
房间很小,床也不舒服,制冰机坏了,大堂里的咖啡像沥青一样难喝,而且我们还发现所有楼层都没有灭火器。
建议多花点钱住别的地方。除了办理入住时的优质服务之外,我对这次入住体验没有任何好感。
