This motel is clean, very friendly and quiet. The motel is dated but very good for the price. Good sized rooms that are very comfortable. No problem with the bed or the bathroom facilities. Parking is abundant and I enjoyed having the car directly in front of the room for easy offload and reload.

Great owners, great value. Clean , comfy room. Right in the middle of town close to dining and fuel. Owners were great source of information on local outdoor activities. Including the Crazy Woman Canyon. Grill was avaliable for cooking also.

Our recent stay at this Rodeway Inn was excellent, and we highly recommend it to fellow travellers. It is easily accessed from I-25, and we appreciated the "at your door" parking convenience. Our room was extremely clean and nicely appointed - nothing fancy, but clean and modern, with comfortable beds, private bath, a/c, mini-fridge and microwave. The motel is very close to excellent restaurants, and almost "around the block" from Buffalo's historic downtown area. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast at the Busy Bee Cafe inside the Historic Occidental Hotel (firmly established in 1908) on Main Street. A trip to northern Wyoming is well worth taking time to stay at Buffalo's Rodeway Inn and explore part of the Old West!

An older motel but one wouldn't know it when stepping inside. This place has amenities that you would see at any other hotel. The manager at the desk was very nice and professional. Would definitely stay again. We didn't stay to have the breakfast, check-in was easy.

I agree with the reviewer who said they really wanted it like this motel. The owners were very sweet, and you can tell they are working hard. But the room wasn't clean. The floor was sticky (our shoes actually made a sticky sound at each step) - like a soda had leaked out of the fridge all over the floor. We had to clean it up, and then our shoes too. There were french fries and cheerios on the floor, under the dresser, and next to the wood bed frame. I am not sure when the window AC unit filter was last cleaned. The beds were very soft. The ice machine is in the laundry room which gets locked at night, so we were unable to get ice for our cups for the day. We departed before it was unlocked in the morning.

By the time I arrived in Buffalo, I was rummy from an 8-hour drive. The doors were locked at the first motel I stopped at. The location of that one seemed great, but I was too tired to mess with making an online reservation when I was parked right there in their entryway. The Rodeway had great reviews and the price was right. Don't let the chain name drive you away. This is really an old school motel under the Rodeway name. It is operated by a young, energetic couple who keep it spotless inside and out, and it is updated with appropriate electronic chargers, microwave, fridge, and TV. Outside there is a lovely pool and even a grill for those who'd like to cook their own Bison burgers. And if cooking isn't in your plan, there are restaurants next door and across the street. I am always on the lookout for a good old-school motel. They are hard to find amidst the plethora of chains. This one may have the backing of a chain, but it has the facilities and the feel of an old traditional motel.

On our road trip (SD, WY, MT), we needed a room for 5 and this Rodeway Inn provided a spacious room with fridge, microwave, ice, coffee maker, kitchenette. We were impressed considering the price was a good value. Staff pleasant and helpful. Well located near I-25 and I-90 on a main road. No road noise in our room at the rear of the property. Not fancy or luxurious, but more than adequate. Clean and tidy.

Very pleasant management, we were lucky to get a free Barbecue dinner because of the start of the hunting season. Room was clean and everything was there, even some clothes to clean the car-window, and washing machines to use for the guests. The only reason not to give the 5 stars was the little bit old furniture.

I've stayed in a few Rodeway Inns, but this is the best by far. This is an old-style U-shaped single story, Motel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room though small had all appliances you may need, including Wi-Fi /internet and it's fine especially for a solo traveler. It was very clean and comfortable. It had a guest laundry. An outdoor very clean swimming pool. It's a pet friendly hotel and provides a separate pet yard. Breakfast is a little disappointing, but there is plenty of nearby places for breakfast. It is close to the interstate. All at a very reasonable Price.

This was one of the best motels we stayed in this summer. Very nice, small one-story property. It is close to the interstate, gasoline, food & other shopping. The room was nice. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The stay was reasonably priced. They are dog friendly with an onsite dog yard. We would stay here again.
