工作人员很乐于助人,也很友好。然而,换到第二个房间后,我和孩子们仍然感到不舒服,所以在到达后不到两个小时就退房了,去了另一家酒店。我已经在路上跑了好几个小时,真希望洗个澡,上床睡觉,准备参加我们清晨的UTSA会议,但这并没有发生,摇头叹息。我坐的床陷了下去,我摸到了床垫的边缘。我们房间门上的锁坏了,把手也坏了,被子和床单上都是污渍,浴室和沙发上到处都是头发,折叠床没有床单或枕头。比如,我洗完手拿了一条干净的毛巾,结果没用过的毛巾上的头发却粘到了我身上。像是一缕缕的。这几乎像是故意的。床架周围有粉末,灯也不亮,这些只是一些让我们说“不行”的事情!那100美元的押金到现在还没退还。疯了吧,我去了一家评分更高的酒店,押金却只有50美元。我不会再来了,也不建议在这里预订,哪怕只住一晚,尤其是带着孩子!我附上了几张照片,有些是我们拍的视频截图。
酒店大堂和走廊很干净,但房间有点不太干净。镜子上有水渍,地板上的地毯需要清洗。空调的滤网太脏了,空气中弥漫着灰尘和霉味。酒店被告知房间已满,无法换房间。灯泡的灯光颜色各不相同。免费早餐种类不多,除了糖和碳水化合物含量很高之外。没有儿童麦片,体验不太好。我以前住过这里,条件非常好,但最近几年真的每况愈下。
酒店看起来很干净,但泳池里的化学药剂不对,弄得我全家肺都疼。我们第一个房间,醒来发现浴室天花板上起了个泡。我们第二个房间还行,就是没能拿到额外的毯子之类的。
工作人员非常友好!我们到得特别早,他们帮我们安排了房间,直到我们的房间空出来。
水疗中心不太干净,第二天泳池里的氯气味很浓。感觉眼睛被灼伤了,我们也没在里面待多久。
除此之外,我们住得很愉快!
工作人员看起来还不错,但感觉我们给他们带来了不便。房间的地毯从墙上扯下来了。我要求提供床单来盖住床罩,工作人员很不高兴,让我们自己去拿,或者等一会儿。整栋楼都很脏,而且维护得不太好。
这不是我们住过的最好的Sleep Inn。冰箱几乎不制冷,但冷冻室却结满了霜,根本没法用。冷暖空调噪音很大,而且没有温度控制。地板不太干净。早餐做得不好。
我们在西弗吉尼亚州和新墨西哥州住过其他一流的酒店。
物有所值。
床很舒服,空调运行良好,房间干净,热水充足,家具也合适。早餐很简单,鸡蛋、香肠、华夫饼、一些水果和酸奶。离UTSA很近。
这是一家满足基本需求的酒店——这正是我们想要的,因为我们白天不会待在房间里。床垫有点硬,早餐内容还不错。酒店有泳池和双人热水浴缸。
