Bathroom needs to be deep cleaned; tub needs to be replaced. It’s obvious that there have been updates to the interior, but in our room, three walls had three different colors and none of them were the same color as in the bathroom. It’s as if they didn’t quite finish the updates in the room.

When I arrived the room smelled awful. I told the cleaning personal and they went into the room and said they couldn’t smell anything because they had been sick. She offered to spray Febreeze. So we went about the day, and when we returned the room did smell a little better. The next morning we woke up early to get to a soccer tournament when I found a roach crawling on the floor. I told the front desk and they just said sorry about that. I will not be staying at this hotel anymore!

The room smelled of dirty carpet. The smell was so bad it was hard for me to sleep and breathe. Also, there was supposed to be a jetted tub but there was not, instead it was just a regular small tub. The one and only elevator was extremely slow and the ice machine was nasty. I do not recommend!

The staff was nice. The toilet seat was broken and they don't have a maintenance person. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to find parts, and my husband put it together. The breakfast was great. The only suggestion was to bring the tea bags into the breakfast room instead of leaving it out in the lobby. Very good especially for the price!

The hotel staff was great, great breakfast and comfy beds. Only down side was the room had roaches, especially in the bathroom so that wasn’t the best.

Took excessive time to get checked in as only one person working the desk. Elevator doors made a somewhat loud squeaking noise when opening so throughout the night interrupted sleep. Breakfast was average. Room was clean, though.
