The parking was good. The hotel looks very nice from the outside. We were in a handicap room that we did not ask for. And due to the shower being used there was water damage on the floor so there was a big black rub put over the damaged area. When we stepped on it you could hear the noise from it. We're not happy about that. The beds are very small. Uncomfortable. We were on the first floor. Could hear the neighbors a lot. We were there for two nights. Me probably would not stay again.

Although the staff was amazing and went above and beyond to improve our stay, the hotel was just grimy to put it mildly. There was an odd odor to the room when we walked in. The carpet was dark, dirty looking and upon walking barefoot on it felt cool and damp. There were patched paint in different areas throughout the room on the walls and ceiling. The bathroom floor was tiled and not tiled properly; it wasn't smooth and you could see where bits of dirt, hair, etc had fallen through the cracks. The corner baseboards were crusty from peeling paint. There was also no lamp in the room.

Do NOT STAY HERE. I had a dead mouse under my bed, changed rooms. The 2nd room had wasp. For the rest of my stay I was killing spiders and bugs everyday. There are visible spiders homing in the staircases and lobby, there is no elevator so pack lightly. They tried telling me the bugs are from kther travelers. I received NO reimbursement!

We chose to stay here out of convenience from staying here in the past. Enjoyed our quick weekend trip to visit family and the great service from the staff. Thank you

The check in and out was very fast. They have the wrong sign about pet fee but the receptionist honor the website price.
The room was comfortable and clean, the air conditioner if you low makes a lot of noise.
以前在这里住过一次了，这次周末在这儿住的,和以前一样，房间比较小，在一个酒店区的最里面，靠近商业区，周边吃饭，买东西都很方便，早餐的话有小汉堡还是不错的,好评!
微波炉坏了，没法加热食物。插座也用不了，我白天不得不出去给设备充电，然后回房间后为了省电，都不敢用了。
这家酒店一开始很棒，但现在他们不希望客人在外面走动，垃圾也不能扔到垃圾箱里。免费早餐的选择很少，有时他们对客人说话的态度非常傲慢无礼。
酒店很干净，很安静，没什么问题，一切都很顺利。
一如既往地喜欢这里，房间总是那么棒。早餐一般般，但分量很足。
