Bed bugs in one room, services around need the vehicle, staff at the reception was not always attentive to customer requirements. For the bed bugs I could move into another room and they were accommodating me for an additional free night.

Sadly, this stay was not good
Sadly, this stay was not good. The first room we had had an Air Conditioner that simply did not cool. The Clerk happily moved us to another Room, which was VERY sincerely appreciated... However, the in the second Room the Television did not work at all.

It was pet friendly the staff was not very nice there is no such thing as breakfast there and if you need something extra do not think they will accommodate you other than that for the money it is what it is

The front desk, lady when we got there was not very friendly or nice. They do not serve breakfast every day that is a complete lie and when there is breakfast, there are some pieces of bread, a toaster, and some jelly and some cereal with milk that is it and that is all the days I’ve been there. I got that one day. They’re usually not even there for breakfast. My grandma was invested with roaches. I got had to spray myself and I asked for extra lighting in there because I’m losing my eyesight and they act like I was committing some kind of crime. It was just a very, very terrible experience and the place is very dirty on the outside. It could be a very nice place if they took the time and put effort into it and treated our customers a little bit better.

The place is very old. Patches of ceiling have fallen off in the room. Roaches in the room, tv didn't work until they got the correct remote. They said there was a continental breakfast but when we went to check it out at 7:15 am the main lobby was closed. Turns out they don't open until 9:30 am. That's when the breakfast starts. Lots of long turn people. I would suggest stop offering this hotel on your website.

Rooms and property need updating and cleaned but other than that the staff was accommodating and the hotel itself had a nice charm to it.
