The room smelled bad. The carpet was dirty no hot water no one ever changed our towels or clean the room i’ve stated the hotel many times before, but not in the last few years is definitely gone downhill

The carpet looked very dirty and it was also wet you guys have to do some change it even the curtains are old and broken didn't like it sorry just honestly and real

The room smelled like a toilet. Carpet was stained with urine and Lord knows what else. No hot water, not even warm for shower. Door had cracks where you could see outside.

Absolutely FILTHY! No towels. No bedding

Tv didn't work. No trash cans. Safety lock on door missing. Crack heads right outside my door in parking lot. Front desk clerk was rude and unaccomadating. This place should be condemned!

Bed bugs in one room, services around need the vehicle, staff at the reception was not always attentive to customer requirements. For the bed bugs I could move into another room and they were accommodating me for an additional free night.

Sadly, this stay was not good. The first room we had had an Air Conditioner that simply did not cool. The Clerk happily moved us to another Room, which was VERY sincerely appreciated... However, the in the second Room the Television did not work at all.
