The bed was sooo extremely soft. It felt like I melted like butter into it. The room was really nice and up to date. Staff was great. I literally do not have one complaint. I absolutely loved this hotel I definitely look forward to staying again soon!!

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Quiet and calm area. Exercise center, Client laundry room, in room amenities. Lots of restaurants. Nestled on the edge of the South Mountains with excellent views of the Appalachians. I highly recommend The Baymont Super 8 off of exit 105 I-40.

After reading a number of reviews, we were prepared to be disappointed here, but we were pleasantly surprised. It's no 5 star hotel, (but since we've never stayed in a 5 star hotel), that's not a problem for us. The room was fine. The air conditioner did make some noise at times. (I first thought it was a truck outside, but finally figured it was when the condenser kicked in.) The bathroom door wouldn't completely shut. I was impressed with the water pressure in the shower and with how hot the water got so fast. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast isn't much, but it'll keep you from going hungry. (For a little while at least.) With the high cost of everything these days, it was worth the price.

They were there for us so much it started to feel like family being there and getting to know the staff.

没有热水浴缸。所有房间都宣传是“Baymont”酒店，但实际上是“Sleep 8 Motel”。入住时，其他客人在前台投诉有臭虫。经理竟然说投诉的客人是“为了免费住宿撒谎”。那位客人用纸巾包着一只虫子放在柜台上，结果经理反而指责她是从家里带来的。酒店从未给我房间钥匙，因为当我们得知唯一可用的特大号床房在与我们预订的房间完全相反的方向时，我们就决定不住了，也不再办理入住手续。但酒店经理拒绝取消预订，他说我们应该在汽车旅馆付款而不是在网上预订，这样才能先看到房间。当我们告诉他想取消房间，另找一家酒店住一晚时，他竟然说：“祝你好运，我旗下也有其他酒店，而且都没有空房了”。这服务真是从头到尾都极不专业！！!
出差时住这里，服务总是很棒，住宿体验也非常好！
