The room had multiple ladybugs, one of the beds had stained sheets, and the faucet in the bathroom would not stop running.

The room and kitchenette were very clean, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located for our visit to Iowa City.

I’m so glad I found this place while traveling. My room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed, including a bathtub and a kitchenette. Staff were very helpful.

We made last minute arrangements during parents weekend. Good location and nice people managing the place. Wifi was useless though. I would stay again. It was comfortable.

Found the hotel a little run down but impressively clean. Beds were comfortable but unfortunately noise travels easy through the wall. Could hear next door room regular conversations. Overall good for the price.

Breakfast was empty at 9:30. No one around to refill it. Only ice machine was broke down.

Room was clean. It was comfortable. Could use a little updating a nice little kitchenette even had a dishwasher average breakfast nice place to stop while traveling.

Ok- both beds made loud metal popping noise whenever we moved or sat on them, like sheet metal bending.

Can't say much. This was a quick stop as we were traveling through. Showed up at 11pm and left by 9am. Did have hot breakfast there and coffee in the room. Overall for the price was a great place to stay for the night.

Stayed here a few nights due to the convenience of having a kitchen, the location and the cost. The gym is not great but otherwise I have no complaints. The blackout curtains were great. Super nice staff!
