First of all, I want to express my dissatisfaction with the fact that they don’t make the beds, they don’t change the towels daily, and they don’t clean the room every day. In short, I did not like the hotel’s service. And lastly, there seem to be no rules regarding guest behavior, because on 11–13–2025 there was excessive noise from other guests until very late at night (1:30 a.m.).

Not just a clean room, a very clean hotel!!! Fast and friendly check in from staff as well!!! Plenty of parking, restaurants and stores with 5 to 10 minutes from the hotel. A local gym is 5 minutes away, if you need a little more than a typical hotel gym too!!! Great stay and we will stay here again, if we are ever in the Eatontown area.

This hotel was in a great location near family we were here to visit. I greatly appreciated the option to check in late seeing as we were traveling from a different state. The hotel was lovely. There were only two things that had a negative effect which were the front desk stressing a strict noise ordinance and the tv signal was poor. We have 3 special needs toddlers and were stressed about getting kicked out over them being too loud. One is nonverbal and only shrieks and screams sonwe were very worried since the rooms didn't have good noise insulation. But overall this hotel was great and would stay again but probably without the children.

I apologize for the strict "Quiet Time" enforcement but when another guests calls with a complaint we need to attend to it post haste. Overall, a really great place to stay. The staff were super friendly and the bartender was awesome. Bathrobes had some stains on them and the front staff said our room number aloud in front of other guests but those are only small critiques that didn't affect the stay.
