The staff was super friendly and helpful, our first room smelled horrible of dog, we were traveling with a 5lb dog ourselves. We asked to be moved. They did accommodate our request, but the rug and sitting chair in the next room was very dirty. They did say the hotel is supposed to be getting a remodel.

Our room had water stains on the ceiling and the carpet also had stains. The Hotel in general appeared nice, but our room far under performed the rest of the hotel.

Do not believe any of the reviews on this site that are positive. Check out the Google reviews before making a reservation. We were in town for parent weekend at UB and to catch a Bills game. Hotels rooms were hard to come by so we ended up here instead of our go to. If we hadn’t been 500 miles from home without another place to stay, I would have left this place upon check in. The room was absolutely filthy. The carpet was stained and probably older than me (I’m 45!!!) the plush chair in the room also stained along with the curtains. The icing on the cake was the cockroach crawling out from behind the bathroom mirror the morning we checked out! Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this place.

The room was of quality design, but the room needs a refresh. The rug especially was dirty and worn. The bathtub had chips down to the steel and cabinets were scratched.
