Such a lovely stay. The view from the property is amazing. The staff Mukesh, arvind and vikas were extremely helpful. The common area is also very cute and Mall Road is only 200 meters away. Would love to visit here again :)

What a lovely stay. Mukesh, Arvind and Vikas were so kind and helpful and even upgraded our room. The good, view and ambience was just perfect. Go for it if you want a peaceful and comfortable stay that too in budget :)

This place actually lives upto it’s name. It is secluded, quiet and just beautiful. The staff is helpful and friendly. Food here is also amazing. This is perfect for getaways with friends. It’s a very cute place. One should stay here once as it is a great experience. From the common area you can actually see the scenic beauty of Mussoorie and the best part it is just 200 mts away from Mall road.

Hi, Yamini this side. It was my birthday on 27th July, and my husband planned a surprise birthday celebration for me here. This hotel is absolutely beautiful—the views here are amazing, and the weather is really pleasant. The food is very tasty, and the staff is extremely well-mannered. They take great care of everything. I would highly recommend everyone to come and visit this place—you will really enjoy it!

Hi, Satnam This Side, We have been visiting Seclude Hotel Mussoorie for the past 4 years. This property is very beautiful, and the staff here is excellent—especially Mr. Shashikant, Mr. Arvind, Mukesh, and Vikas. All of them are very humble individuals. We had a great stay at Seclude Mussoorie! Nitin was very helpful and accommodating. Great customer service from the entire staff. Would recommend to anyone. Great view of the hills, and close to Mall Road. Served a great breakfast to our room, and always supplied us with fresh water and tea. Had a gift package for us for our honeymoon as well which was lovely .

The best getaway with family over the weekend! Would recommend it to anyone who wants an amazing time in the queen of the hills! Topnotch food, hospitality and staff. This was one great experience because everyone was very personable and ready for everything. The location is a huge plus!

Worst experience to a much awaited peaceful trip that me and my dear friend planned for months as we were seeing eachother after 4 years . They charged 15,000rs for 2 nights we payed full in advance as there was no cancellation policy . As we entered their small terrace there was a full blown shoot happening with flying drones and equipments leaving us no space to relax it was so loud. The staff lied to us that it will go on for just few more minutes but they carried on till night. The room was the final shock , it was full of mold and filth. Pls see our pictures , it’s a run down disgusting place where nobody cares who to treat the customers. The staff was irresponsive and denied us basic services. It’s was such a horrible experience i would never ever recommend it to anyone.

Regarding the couple shoot, it was a quiet event happening in another corner of the property. When you raised your concern, we promptly asked the other guests to stop, and they were very cooperative. Later in the evening, you even had dinner with them, which we hope was enjoyable. We also offered to accommodate you at our other property when you expressed concerns, but you declined that option. Our staff was available for you throughout your stay and worked to provide you with the best service possible.
