I was placed in a room next to smoking rooms. The smoke did not smell like regular cigarettes. Woke up several times due to the air quality of being next to smoking rooms. The tv was blaring and sounded like adult people fighting. Dogs barking. I felt unsafe in my room. I got off work late and had to be back to work early hoping things would settle down but it didn’t by the time I got to sleep something woke my up at 0400 and I was awake for the day.

Front desk was very rude. We arrived late due to layovers, even though I called they cancelled my reservations, refused to give any kind of refund. Just left me and my son out in the cold air at 330 am. So I ended up having to buy another room for the night. And since if as Kate proceeded to charge me more for early check in. The whole floor smelled like paint and stains on carpet. We couldn’t sleep in our room due to high fumes.

The room was ok, except for the broken lock on door. The bed was very hard. I didnt like that eveytime we would walk out of our room it smelled like ****, because someone was smoking it and the whole hall smelled like it. I really think this hotel could do better.

Walked in…smelled wonky…hallway carpets were very warped…first room they gave us had no beds…second room they gave us had a stain on the comforter an brown stains on the floor…pool and hot tub were out of order…almost every room door was scratched up…and only with mighty force we able to lock our door…we, in fact, checked out immediately…
The one good thing was that ******* gave us a prompt refund!!

No lamps. Only an overhead light. Breakfast is continental waffles toast muffins. No eggs or sausages. Shower was great. Good spray. Lots of hot water. Good for the price. Had to go to gas station for breakfast.
