The room was a disastrous. Broken equipment. The hair dryer that was not plugged in had burn marks on the plug. I couldn't use. The curtains didn't close well even with the special handles, but had nice black grease prints.
No coffee maker. No plastic cups for water only 3 pillows two were half size and one normal size for two people.
The toilet base had a very large crack. No kleenex. Only one trash can. Holes in the walls by both doors. The worst security lock was missing the lock part. So we slept very poorly the bath tub was clean The breakfast waffle not that great.My husband said there was one waffle maker and an employyee stood over it and made one waffle hand my husband a little syrup. My husband asked for butter. Told nope no butter. It was his birthday too. Being treated so sternly. The alarm clock broken and just didn't work.
We choose Baymont as we had such a great experience in another town.

This is a poorly managed and maintained facility. The check in porcess was very slow and the noise and smoke and smells were not matching the posted no smoking sign with in the facility. dark , dirty , dingy space, it did not match the quaility ,care and cleanliness experienced at other Baymont locations

I booked this hotel for my husband who was visiting a friend in for the weekend because the reviews and pictures gave the impression that it was ok. However, when he arrived the neighborhood was sketchy, to say the least

lobby was disgusting and smelled like cigarettes; check in took nearly 30 minutes, and there was nobody else there checking in. our room was missing a door to the bathroom, had red stains on the countertop and mirror. would NOT recommend at all, I would have rather slept in my car.

The hallway carpet and walls were very dirty. Inside the room there were lightbulbs missing. The air conditioning unit was broken. There were cockroaches in the room.
The gentleman who was working the front desk when we checked in, was very helpful and very polite, and he was very apologetic and understanding when canceling our stay.

The desk clerk barely spoke English. The hall carpet was disgustingly dirty. The room had no cups, no tissues and looked like it had not been updated in a long time. The breakfast was a joke, barely anything there. There must be a lot of transient people living there who are smokers. There were cigarette butts all over outside.

Our room was not clean, there was soap left in shower from people before us. Asked for towels, got one, no trash, no toilet paper, even when we asked for them. Saw 4 cockroaches in the room and bathrrom.

There were no towels in the room no phones to call the desk went down stairs to get some they said they would bring them up never did went back downstairs and asked to new staff persondue to shift change he commented they have no key untill 1030 in the am the other person new better he said i asked to geet some from another room and he said the were full no empty rooms. Person had a key and tried to enter at 1030 but i had the safety on and said thats the room number they gave him no hot water i dont need to keep going

Place is a dump dirty more DNA on the bed than a crime scene. Towels are dirty. My wife is sleeping in her clothes and will not take a shower zero stars
