The apartment was large and spacious, we found it very difficult to get into the building very early in the morning. All details have to be put into a screen outside and the key drops but its very difficult and we only managed to do it when a young man came out of the building by coincidence and gave us some help. The apartament has lovely views from the balcony, its quite shabby inside, needs a bit of tlc but it was clean, had a great bathroom with shower, plenty of wardrobe space and a large comfortable bed.There was no kettle so we had to boil water in a saucepan for hot drinks. The apartament was cleaned regularly. All in all it was fine, not at all luxurious but in a great position near the old town which is fabulous.One problem is there are no staff, no receptionist so any problems you have to email the owners

We stayed for 1 night on a Saturday to explore Alcudia Old Town and visit the Sunday Market during our holiday to Majorca. The apartments are 10 steps away from the Old Town so fantastic location. Spotless and everything needed. Very quiet considering location to Old Town. Only complaint is they need to supply a kettle for the kitchen. Alcudia Old Town is beautiful must see.
