I had booked and paid for an executive room, but was initially placed in a standard apartment. Had I not brought the error to the attention of the reception myself, I would have remained in the incorrect room for the duration of my stay. Despite spending nearly two days in the wrong room, I was not offered a refund or compensation for the difference in room category. I believe a refund or appropriate adjustment should have been made, as the mistake originated from the hotel’s side.

Excellent location, safe, luxurious and helpful staff. Came with a large family and hired 3 apartments. Highly recommend for a family enough space to function like a house

臭虫之城酒店
如果不是被臭虫咬了,我的住宿体验会很不错。我们一整晚都没睡,因为被虫子咬得我浑身痒得不行。我抓到一只臭虫,就把它带到了前台。前台人员人很好,给我拿了干净的床单和毯子,让我在椅子上睡着,因为我实在睡不着了。第二天早上,早班接待员告诉我,酒店会有人联系我。结果连邮件都没发。我把情况报告给了我的信用卡公司,但他们拒绝退还我当晚283.45美元的房费。我最担心的就是把臭虫带回纽约。酒店竟然不给我退款,真是太荒唐了,因为我不想写差评,因为我还在等他们体面地退款。
