I liked the breakfast options, although the eggs are not the best. And the hot items weren't hot unless I was there when they were placed in the serving bins.

I did not like that the pool was about 70 degrees. Too cold for older people to enjoy. 84 degrees would be better. The outside temp was in the 40s to 50 during the day.

The bed was good. The fridge did not have a freezer. Some items froze in there anyway...

Staff was kind and welcoming. Breakfast was expansive and easy to navigate.

The hot tub was huge and hot but the pool, while indoors was not heated and freezing cold.

The room was clean. Didn't find hair anywhere and the carpet actually felt clean. Smelled clean. Cookies by checkout were a nice touch. PB cookie was delish. Breakfast was ok. Country potatoes, powdered eggs, strawberry waffles, yogurt, cereal, toast, sausage links, gravy, biscuits, picante was available. The juices were the best part though. Very flavorful ands not watered down. Quiet sleep, AC was nice and the window actually opened for fresh air. No complaints would stay here again if we come back for Bucees in the future! Our room had a jetted bathtub. Pretty cool feature.

Room was like putting lipstick on a pig.

Larger sink was out in the room. Tiny sink in bathroom was terrible and the grab bars would not hold anyone up if they needed them.

I would think you could do better. Seemed dirty.

room was clean and in good condition. There were 2 nights when there was lots of door slamming between 1-2am--that was the only problem we had. Staff were helpful.
