I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the breakfast had a great variety of fresh options. Overall, an excellent experience — I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others

Car transportation to airport.
Great service by the pool area. Room service less impressed. Some of the popular dishes show availability 24//7. When ordered they are available during certain period of the day.
More seriously we ordered a car for transportation to the airport. Concierge advised us on time to MOPA airport. We reconfirmed this transformation two times. When getting in the car the concierge had ordered the taxi to Dabolim airport.

Best experience I could hope for!
We were here for a family trip for 5 days- with our 4yr old and parents and we had an absolute blast. The resort is one of the most family friendly places I’ve been to, and every member of the family thoroughly enjoyed.
Kids Club - our 4yo spent most of her time here, she loved making crafts and playing in the playroom. Sheela, Prajakta and Sumita were incredible in keeping the kids engaged and we could easily leave our child in their care.
Spa- one of the best spa experiences. Geethu, my therapist was knowledgeable, professional and extremely good
Pool- there was an adult-only pool, a toddler pool and a family pool. Given our large group, we used all of them and had an absolute blast. The pools are very well designed, with lots of nooks for groups with all swimming proficiencies to hang out in
Food- fantastic food, and an incredible buffet spread. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each day with options for North Indian, South Indian, western, and local Goan items. I was also very impressed by the multitude of healthy, gluten-free, and vegan options
Staff- the staff all over the resort was extremely courteous and helpful. Not once in the 5 days that we spent in the resort that we see somebody not smiling.
Overall- I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

通过Trip.com付款入住时遇到了问题，尽管我们要求把房间安排在同一栋楼里，但最终却被分在了不同的区域。我们多次提出要求后，终于得到了一间附近的房间，但马桶却不能用，我们不得不屡次致电寻求帮助，而且每次响应都很慢。

在果阿最糟糕的经历！他们弄丢了我的预订，我不得不重新预订房间，退房的时候他们才说找到了预订。他们弄丢了一个寄给我的包裹，好几个小时后才找到。他们没有派客房服务人员来打扫房间，却花了一个小时才派行李员来取我的行李，我房间里的电视上显示的是其他客人的名字。灾难接踵而至。
很棒的住宿！一切都绝对令我们满意。它美丽、令人愉快并且非常令人放松。每个人都超级好。唯一的问题是，服务非常非常慢。所以要有耐心！
