We’ve stayed in Campbell River before, but the Comfort Inn was our choice this time, and we would stay again. It’s relatively new, clean and well located, with plenty going on around the area. There is the ferry to Quadra to entertain your visual senses. It’s well located with quite a few restaurants bot conventional and fast food within walking distance. There is the promenade as well on a nice day.
Would like to see a more expansive breakfast offering, buts it’s similar to those in the price range. We spend a fair amount of time in hotels, probably at least sixty a year, and we would stay again.

Great stay would have given higher rating for cleanliness but when a staff member sits 6 feet away from a coffee machine and there is garbage all over the floor and recycling and garbage bin is overflowing and they are too busy playing on their phone to tidy up. Makes me sick too see such a lack of work ethic in people now days. I’d for their ass!

The staff and hotel were excellent and kind! Healthier quality breakfast would be my only recommendation, however I would suggest for the price point, it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you Safa an the great hotel staff!

Excellent and friendly reception, very helpful staff, very attractive hotel and very well kept; very comfortable bed, good sized room, clean, everything we needed, excellent pool and hot tub, great location and a hot breakfast with appetizing variety and food options, excellent coffee and they even had Lactose free milk that I need! great options! Loved it! Easily a 10/10, would recommend to family and friends. RR and GR from Ottawa

房间很干净也很宽敞，还配有微波炉和咖啡机。我们很喜欢早餐，选择很丰富。酒店位置优越，周围有很多餐馆。员工们都非常乐于助人且友好。
