Not coming back
Staff was mostly friendly with exceptions. Kitchen had no working appliances. No tea pot, no kettle. Broken Keurig machine. Cards for door did not work repeatedly.
Light bulbs missing. No room service except on day 6, before we left.
The guest laundry closes at 8.30pm.
AC in the room did not cool efficient.
It was not over 26⁰ outside, and that made it bareable.
We had a connecting room. Door lockable. The door made barely a difference to the noise.
I will avoid staying there again.

Without guest permission no housekeeper will touch any room. AC should be set up by each guest according to room temperature what they required. Sorry again for the inconvenience. The beds were extremely comfortable. The floors and carpets would have gotten a 5/5 but there are construction workers staying there (and will be continuing to stay there) that forget to bang the mud off their boots before walking in the hotel - it's no fault of the staff - they clean it up and 5 minutes later it happens again.
The staff were very welcoming and ready to help with anything you needed.

We ended up leaving as soon as we entered the room. Mattresses don’t have zippered covers, old mattresses, stains on sheets, including blood. Exposed and stained box spring. Staff was nice and reimbursed us.

缺乏物业维护和清洁！
清洁度太差了。这家酒店对物业的维护毫无自豪感。房间维护和维修缺乏技巧，执行不力。清洁工根本没用心。
我们预订了一间允许携带宠物入住的房间，但到达时发现楼下没有空房，我们的预订被取消了。最后我们不得不另找住处。工作人员根本不在乎。千万别住这里，因为还有很多更好的选择。
