Was disappointed with our check in. The room I had booked 3 months earlier was not available. The room assigned had an awful smell. No other room available until next day. The young woman at reception was very attentive and tried to find a solution. We were promised a discount and a room upgrade the next day (which we got). Breakfast buffet was disappointing and a lot of waste (bread and fruit individually wrapped in plastic, plastic utensils and cups, cardboard plates no recycling offered.

The hotel emailed me one day before start of my booking letting me know the pool is not working (main reason I booked with them). The staff on frontdesk offered $30off each night for inconvenience, but the rebate never showed on my account.
My non-smoking room smelled after cigarets along with all my clothes after the stay.
Good coffee and okay breakfast.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever seen and the made to order omelets were amazing. We will definitely be staying here again the next time were in Brooks

As a Days Inn, this property is what you’d expect, and average as far as the rooms and common areas go. But the included breakfast is what puts this place apart, especially the omelette station! I’d stay again just for the breakfast.

Had a great stay at Days Inn Brooks for my friend's wedding weekend! The room was super clean, spacious and comfy, and the staff were so friendly. The pool was closed for maintenance (bummer), but they gave us a free night voucher which was awesome. Breakfast was tasty too. Definitely staying here again if we ever visit Brooks.

The swimming pool was very cold and also the hot tub. The breakfast was not something to call a breakfast and it still the same menu since the last 5 years.
