Kids from hockey teams yelling, playing mini sticks, and running up and down the hallways until 12am when we asked them for the second time to either quiet down or go to their rooms or foyer. The front desk staff apologized during our checkout and said this has been a problem in the past but they didn’t take any steps to find a solution to the problem. Maybe making a meeting room available for kids to hang out in as opposed to the hallway, or putting as many of the team bookings on the lower levels and non-team related bookings on the top floor would be a start?

Staff was amazing, we had multiple hockey teams at the hotel and the were very accommodating with all the kids and allowing us to set up in the lobby to let the kids have a good time

The room was great. There was a few hockey teams there and they ran a muck until after midnight. Running up and down the halls. Parents or staff took no nitice ti this as the parents were havung their iwn party in the lobby u til earluy hours of the morning. I had a 3 and 5 year old trying to sleep. Nerdless to say the next day was rough in all of us as we had to continue travels. I complai ed to the staff but they didn't seem to concerned. The one lady said she would try and credit us but wasnt there the next morning.

we enjoyed our stay and the staff does everything required to make your stay very pleasant. But we understand and there is a lot of hockey kids in this hotel making a lot of noise. They are rambunctious and knocking on doors and running away. Very annoying when it’s at midnight

There were many options including waffles,pancakes and omelet station included with the continental breakfast. The bed was comfortable the staff was very friendly the location is great with many food establishments near by.

Room was fantastic....very ciean, comfortable bed and we loved the jacuzzi.
Fabulous breakfast which was included.
Only problem was the tv wasn't working in our room and even though we went to front desk 3 times nothing was done about it.

Clean room and great hospitality. The breakfast even has a maid to order omelette bar and other hot options that far exceed the quality of other hotel breakfasts.
