Stayed here in November 2024 with my family. Amazing hotel, very clean and decorated nicely in keeping with local style.
There is only one restaurant, but has amazing views of the valley, the food offering is traditional Pakistani food, but amazing quality. The pricing is at the higher end.
Service is excellent, all staff are very friendly.
There is lovely gardens outside, for better views I recommend going up to the helipad for a 360 view of the valley.

Im happy to share my experience with pc hotel was fantastic. I have best memories with the staff who treated me like family member,,, specially front desk staff help me alot from checkin till checout it was smooth. Once again thanks alot will come again

穆扎法拉巴德最好的酒店，没有之一。但早餐服务很慢，而且敷衍了事。感觉不够投入。浴室里有股淡淡的异味，下水道需要清理。健身房的休闲设施不足，孩子们在那里玩耍，尽管标牌上写着15岁以下禁止入内。所有设施都挤在三个房间里，很吵闹！包括台球室、乒乓球室、室内游乐场、飞行棋和健身房。
在 PC Muzafarabad 总是一次美妙的体验。工作人员非常合作和友好。这个地方简直太棒了，很安静。我们在这里住得很愉快。幸运的是，今天天气很好，因为 PC 被云层覆盖。非常感谢 PC Muzafarabad。:)
