Stayed as part of a wedding party, loved everything about the Chevin, beautiful location, friendly reception and bar staff, very cosy and warm, loved being there, and certainly worth the journey from Northern Ireland.

Staff were friendly and the food was lovely.
We didn’t try any of the spa or gym.
My daughter got married here and it was absolutely amazing!❤️

不错的地方。房间大小适中。前台服务很好。酒吧区非常非常忙碌，而且人手严重不足。他们抱怨客人们用现金支付，因为他们找不开零钱了。然而，仍然有很多人只使用现金，包括我自己。早餐相当不错，但让我失望的是只有人造黄油，没有黄油，我觉得人造黄油的味道很难吃。我觉得按照这个价格，应该提供一些黄油才对。
我于12月7日预订，大约在3点15分到3点30分之间抵达，并要求加一床毯子，但被告知不可能，因为我预订得晚，而且前台没有备用毯子！！这些是林间小屋，我本以为这会是很常见的需求，应该很容易就能提供额外的毯子。
小屋靠一个移动电暖气取暖，要花好几个小时才能把小屋弄暖和。
门很难关上，可能是因为反复刷漆的缘故，金属把手上也沾满了油漆。外门从里面关不上。小屋里没有地方坐，也没有空余的平面可以放东西，因为唯一合适的平面——一张书桌——上面放着一**立的电视。衣柜虽然有，但闻起来有一股霉味。
食物很好，但服务很慢，因为餐厅似乎人手不足，酒保还得帮忙做服务员。
酒店环境优美，员工也非常愉快。房间里有充足的茶和咖啡，还有一个水壶。
这个地方潜力很大，但也还有很多地方需要改进。
我们预订的是小木屋，虽然远离了大部分其他客房，但我们这个三联小木屋之间的隔音效果实在太差了。我们能清晰地听到邻居的全部对话，这意味着我们的休息时间完全受制于周围人的计划。
小木屋本身还算可以，但感觉急需翻新。房间里普遍弥漫着一股霉味，而且由于木头膨胀，内窗关不上。空间看起来大体干净，但同样地，感觉需要一次深度清洁来清除灰尘和污垢。
地理位置本身很好，员工和服务也不错，但考虑到我们为这个房间和空间所支付的价格，我觉得性价比不高。
小屋周边有很多垃圾，影响美观。另外，酒店的几个垃圾桶区域没有隐藏起来，从我们窗户就能看到。
整个度假村都需要翻新和彻底清理一下了。
家庭房宽敞又干净，但是装修有点过时了。水疗区看起来也比较老旧，不过员工们都很友善热情，给我们留下了不错的印象。
酒店有点旧了（不过比以前好多了），如果价格合适的话，住一两晚还可以，但我不愿意花超过80英镑一晚。酒店房间比小木屋要好一些。水疗中心需要翻新一下。
