It wasn't a terrible place to stay, but it wasn't the best. The carpet was sticky in the room. Breakfast was better than most average hotels.
Ceiling tiles had signs of water damage and seemed like it won't be long before they fall. But it was a place to lay our heads for 2 nights, and the staff was very friendly. I would probably stay again, and just wear my shoes in the room.

Room was decent and clean. Front desk staff were rude and miserable. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am, we came down at 9:45 and as we were looking at the food, the guy literally came and took all the food away.

The bathroom had some hair, staff curtesy was good. Breakfast was good. We do wish the pool hours were open later to at least midnight.

Upon checking in the front staff lady was very nice, she gave me my key and gave me directions to my room. Upon walking to my room there was a couple screaming at each other and the female was throwing stuff out of the room into the walkway at the male preventing me from getting to my room. I went back to the elevator, went down then found the stairwell up to the 3rd floor. The couple continued to scream at each other for another hour, then stopped to only pick back up around 1am. I called the front desk and was told they argue often, and the police may show up.
The next morning, I was checking to make sure I got everything and looked under the bed...I sure wish I'd done that first, I'm not sure if it had ever been swept under.
Upon checking out there was a different lady than the night before, but she had her head in her phone and never even looked up at me.
For a pinch, it worked but there are many, many more options in the area that I would definitely go to next time

The breakfast was waffles or cold cereal and yogurt. The heater kept the sleeping area and tv area warm enough for us.

This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in! The TV didn’t work in the main room, you had to hold the bathroom door shut with your hand because the door couldn’t shut. The carpet felt sticky when I walked barefoot on it and the room smelled musty. Only positive that I can say is at least the bed was decent. Thank God I only had to stay 1 night

Again, the bathroom is dirty and unkempt. The tub is chipped and looks dirty. This seems to be a common theme with Quality Inns. The cleaning cart was extremely noisy rambling back and forth on the concrete walkway. The pool are was extremely noisy and loaded with many people. The outdoor pool is empty or either in a state of disrepair. When you see a property like this you really worry about the pillows and sheets if they are even clean. Overall I would give it a two out of 10.

Tiny bathroom, dirty carpet (after showering and walking around, my feet were dirty), dirty sliding door glass, curtain for glass doors falling on one end, slow Wi-Fi, just makes you feel unclean. Oh and instead of the shower gel being near the sink- I suggest putting it in the shower, that will make it so much more convenient.
